I will happily drive 15 minutes each way and pay just shy of $7 for my coffee to buy it here because: 1. There’s a drive through. No unbuckling/masking/shepherding children to go inside. And I can still get coffee. 2. Second Cup is my favourite coffee in Ottawa. 3. Not once have I received open judgment for ordering an iced soy mocha with no ice (ie tepid, not cold). 4. In the approximate 73,000 times I’ve ordered my drink from this location, it has only been messed up once. (And let’s be honest, it was probably because I’m the only person in Ottawa who likes tepid coffee and/or soy milk.) 5. The staff are generally friendly! Maybe not entirely forgiving if you accidentally tell them the wrong payment method, or point out that they shouldn’t have put ice in your iced coffee (sigh), but 99% friendly service.

I really enjoy this place. It's a nice, quiet, and friendly atmosphere to go chat with a friend, read, or work. I'm becoming a regular and I see it's a favourite of many, too. The baristas are super friendly. If I were to improve anything it would be the scones, and cookies, that are tasty, but somewhat dry sometimes. I recommend!

We are enjoying the Second Cup coffees for more then two decades. A young lady with a big smile was serving us on her very first day at this location. She brewed for us a 'perfect cup' style coffee of our choice. We apritiated this as it takes longer time to prepare the coffee this way. The coffee shop could be very busy place. Thank you! If one has time to wait a bit the Second Cup Co. offers a 'perfect cup' option = the freshly grind flavored coffee beans of your choice, coffee is slowly dripped just to your cup.

The ambiance seemed dull, and the whole place lacked energy. The bakery food/sandwiches items were stale, and were not fresh. Moreover, they were charging exorbitant prices for the poor quality of the food items. In comparison, Tim Hortons offers a much better selection of food and drinks at affordable prices. I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their money at Second Cup Coffee when there are much better options available.

We were for the first time here, and we loved it: clean tables, good coffee, not too hot (and that is good), great cakes! We do not drink milk, so we were happy that our option of unsweetened oat milk was present. I have noticed that customers may choose type of coffee for the brewed ones: that’s interesting! Will try that next time! Thank you guys!

Was not a fan of this new location, will be returning to the Hazeldean Mall Second Cup instead. Me and a friend were the only customers and the barista was not thrilled to have us. Our lattes took forever and were luke warm because the barista was too busy texting while frothing the milk..man, we can see you on your phone. Just make the coffee and then text if you need your phone that badly. Super unprofessional.

Cappuccino sare the best. You can taste the espresso. Their tuxedo cake is to die for! Finally, a place where I can enjoy a slice of cake and terrific tasting coffee.

This was, quite simply, not up to par with the experience I usually have at Second Cup. While the space is fresh and inviting, the staff need additional training or supervision. They didn't have brewed coffee ready and when they made the batch for us, it was full of grinds. The baristas were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to customers.

Great coffee shop, fast wifi to get some work done. Friendly staff and in my opinion the best coffee of any coffee chain.

What was to be a quick stop for a hot beverage turned into a relaxing morning date. Staff was friendly and informative, store was clean, spacious and calm. Quiet enough we didn't feel badly about taking up two of the 10 person limit, so we say and sipped while watching the world drive and walk by the front windows.

Love this place they make a great cappuccino and the treats are delicious. Best of all is that cappuccino is always hot and you can taste the espresso.. very clean and the service is top notch.

This is such a lovely location. I’ve been visiting for many years and have never been disappointed. The morning hours are busy and they usually only have one staff doing everything but they always serve you with a smile. Love their oat milk latte!

No complaints about this large city park as it's arguably nicer than the one in my City. The Tropical Greenhouse just opened and there's even a (premature) rose garden. Greenhouse is a bit on the small side and it was very humid inside. There were set trails to walk on, most of which were shaded.

Second time getting à caramel macchiato from this location that taste like water. First time I went it wasn't full this time mine was definitely made a second Wash. Making 2 coffee off the same about of coffee béans. Gross.

New second cup location open great cozy atmosphere and a drive thru to grab your coffee on the go ... Tried the tea infusions and they were great ... They also have pinkberry frozen yoghurt which will be amazing for those hot summer days ... Highly recommended

Such a nice and clean coffee shop with very friendly employees. An excellent drink selection as well.

I like the almond croissants and the breakfast cookies. Coffe is good, and the mint tea. But the serve the drive through before people inside even of you are there first, so sometimes is very slow. But good place to meet for coffee.

While most of the employees are amazing I find the quality of the beverages here are sub par. Iced coffee tastes watered down and my drinks are often less full at this location.

Went in to grab a smoothie on Saturday morning. Anu was cheerful and great with helping me with her suggestions. Her service was amazing, I will be back because of her. Amazing.

They are running low on Pinkberry Toppings these days (perhaps due to Covid shortages) but Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt is a great and healthy treat for kids and adults alike.

Second cup will always be my #1 choice.
