My favorite treat is the Chai latté and Nanaimo square. Friendly staff make nice drinks. The drinks are flavourful and well portioned. The prices are reasonable. They have comfortable chairs and tables for 2/4/6 people. There is also a high top near the front. In the summer, they have a little patio. They have a variety of milks like 2%, lactose free, almond, soy... They are wheelchair accessible doors and has accessible parking. Accessible washrooms and tables. The hallways are wide and easy to move in. In winter, the carpet can sometimes be an issue for moving around if it's not flattened properly. They have high chairs and kids size drinks. They will even make the hot chocolate cooler for kids. The desserts are ok but I find them slightly stale ever so often. It's a bit of a hit and miss. I definitely recommend asking the baristas opinion. They are generally really good at letting you know what is the freshest option. The area is clean and well maintained. There is lots of lighting and natural lighting too. There is free WiFi . If my review was helpful please give me a thumbs up.

This Second Cup is usually understaffed, so I don't expect my drinks to be made quickly when I go here, but this morning, I put a mobile order in on my phone, and 15 minutes after the time the app told me the drinks would be ready, the drinks were still not made. When a barista saw that I was waiting near the mobile order area, she asked, "What's up?", and I told her I hadn't gotten my drinks yet; she was defensive immediately and explained that the order was not ready because I had not announced that I was there to pick up an order (something that I found unprofessional). They did not start making the order until I announced I was there to pick it up - which goes against the principle of mobile ordering since it tells you when you place the order when it will be ready for.

I’d go to one of the many other coffee places instead of this place. I ordered a half sweet drink in the drive through. Got home and found that they messed it up. I had to drive all the way back to get it done right. Most places comp you a free drink in situations like this; not this second cup. This was my second REALLY bad experience. About 1 month ago, I ordered a drink in the drive through. They made my drink, made me wait at the window, and then told me their machines were down. Most places will comp your drink if their systems are down; not this second cup. Mistakes happen, but you might as well go to a place that will treat you well after they make mistakes, not this second cup.

This is where I discovered the Caramel Correto! Sweet baby Jesus that is a good cup of heaven. 5 stars just for that! My barber is right next door to this shop and when I'm getting my hair did, my wife will happily go into the Second Cup and buy herself something while she waits for me to get pretty. Sometimes, she even gets me a Caramel Correto. This makes me feel good. Not only because my wife loves me enough to do that, but I don't feel nearly as bad when I hook up to their free wifi while I wait for my hair cut appointment... because we just dropped like 12 bucks on 2 cups of (amazing) coffee! The place is super clean and the staff are always cheerful.

The Second Cup is always a safe bet for great coffee and good service but the 1779 Tenth Line Rd's iteration is pretty extraordinary. How you ask? Well, they learned what my "smidge" of water in my 2-shot americano meant to me without the requisite snarkiness or eye roll. They took the time to suggest how to make it better (served in an expresso cup) and used their coffee expertise to enhance my experience once I'd visited more than twice. The atmosphere is warm, clean and light with an interesting but not intrusive background audio palette. If you live in Orleans or are just passing through, Second Cup Tenth Line's a great place to chill.

Nice cosy location, very friendly staff, delicious treats, and even better coffee/lattes! It’s also really nice to have a Second Cup in Orléans that has a Drive thru! During the day, I find the drive thru much faster than going into the store. So, if you’re getting a coffee to go shopping, you may want to get one before parking. But, if you have some time, you should stay and relax, it’s a nice quiet location. Would also be a good location to do some work on a laptop I think.

Thank you to gentleman the working the morning Feb 17th 2020 for the free coffee. I waited a little longer than usual in the drive through because the car in front ordered a breakfast and the oven needed to warm up. I didn't think the wait was that bad but the gratitude from the gentleman was very much appreciated. You know, companies spend millions of dollars in marketing towards new clients and customer retention... But in this case, it only cost $2. Thanks

Went there on a DEAD Sunday evening. No one in store and completely ignored by the two staff on hand for a minimum of 10 minutes. Hard to believe it was a long drive through that may have kept them busy but still being acknowledged would have been nice. Drinks were fine, but hazelnut cake was so dry almost indelible. Would consider going back for drinks but certainly not for dine in nor their baked goods.

My boyfriend and I went in to grab a coffee. No one acknowledged us when we were standing at the cash, no one even said “we will be with you in a minute.” After standing there for a few minutes, we left. There was one person making drinks and two in the drive through. Another person came on shift, looked at us and then went to drive through. Honestly I don’t go to second cup often and probably won’t be going to this location again.

I think they only care about their drive through customers, you can be standing in front of their cash, and the server is only 2 meters away...she ignores you busy with preparing coffees..forget about a simple greetings...she keep you waiting there..when you finally manage to get her attention...she kind of gets annoyed that she is busy preparing for drive through orders....OK...here is your coffee! Unbelievable..

The owner is a total sweetie. We often ask for extra whipped cream and it's always offered no charge. When we come through the drive-thru with our dogs we are offered a puppuccino! Aka little cup of whipped cream no charge! We love these people so much. Glad that tipping is allowed. But it should be able to be on the machine because don't always have cash.

The Second Cup Coffee Co. is a very good looking place with equally attractive staff. The coffee and other beverages are very nice indeed. This particular shop has plenty of nice seating areas and has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. If you like a great coffee drink, I would highly recommend this place.

Not accepting $100 bills. Apparently they have no way to scan it if real. I thought the new money have extra futures to spot if fake. Anyway, I think employers should train their employees on security futures of the money. Now days $100 are not a lot of money..... Coffee was warm not hot for $6+ coffee.

Staff is efficient, upbeat, and sociable. Also, the owner gives back to the community by allowing special needs students from St Petes High School to work in the coffee shop. Hats off to the owner and to St Peter's High School for such a fabulous initiative. Thank you kindly for what you do!

Lovely place to have a coffee. They have a decent sized patio, comfortable chairs inside and friendly staff. They play good music and have a big community board. The drive-thru service is quick and Dollorama is right across the parking lot which is super convenient!

Not a really great spot. I thought to try it out but very limited seating. Staff takes the back seats for themselves. Staff that are not working are present when I went. They were very entitled, very disruptive and extremely loud. Would not recommend this place.

I love coming to this second cup location. The owner is so welcoming and always providing great costumes service. Drinks taste so much better here. Staff is always super friendly and well trained. I really recommend visiting this location for a great experience.

Food/drinks are always good and the staff is very friendly. Can only give 3 stars because of how slow the drive through is. If the car in front of you orders anything but plain coffee you’re stuck in line for ages. I’ve never seen such a slow drive through.

I love this place. It's never busy, has very friendly staff, and the coffee is always great. A much better option then some of the other common franchises, which shall remain nameless. For a few pennies more you can get a much better tasting coffee.

Coffee is always great! Workers are always friendly. They get to know you and always refer to you by your name! And they even know my dogs name and offer El Ninio a biscuit when he is in the car! This is the ideal local coffee shop!

My group and I meet here every Friday for 'coffee club'. The staff has always been awesome and take care of the clients quickly. The cookies and baked goods are always fresh too

Nice, clean coffee shop with friendly staff. This location at the corner of 10th Line and Charlemagne. A bit small but there's always seems to have a table available. Quiet enough to carry on a conversation.

Good cup of coffee everytime. They have a variate of flavoured teas (hot and cold) as well as other cold drink options. Their sweets and small bits are fresh. Friendly staff. The only Canadian chain left.

Great service and awesome staff. Hard to believe people complain about whipped cream missing from there drinks. Extremely rude. They should take a look around and see what’s happening in the world.

Great café but slow service. Priority seems to go to drive through, can be left standing at cash waiting to catch someone’s attention. Patio in the summer is nice.

Better coffee than Starbucks, pastries on par. Cozy size with several seating choices, but don't know if the fireplace works. Friendly yet efficient staff.

Like most coffee shops in Orleans, there's a definite need for some renovations. They could learn so much from the sidewalk café experience in Europe.
