We were pleasantly surprised when my partner and I discovered a new store in Blacktown! We were greeted with warm and inviting regards from all the friendly staff providing exceptional customer service. Imran especially went above and beyond with his service we had to return! We have cancelled our original engagement ring we bought as Imran made us fall in love with another one! The process he took us was smooth, every question answered and was extremely helpful. He was not there just to sell us something… he was there to give us the full experience for a couple about to begin their ever after together. I visited the store today with the intention of buying myself a bracelet and ring. The store was not busy as it was around 4pm, however both staff members were serving customers at the time I arrived. I patiently waited for my turn however once the staff member was available, she served a couple that arrived after me. I continued to wait for my turn as I was keen on purchasing some items that I saw were on sale. A few minutes later, the staff member asked if I was okay to which I replied “yep, just waiting”. She then said “oh, I thought you were with them” referring to the couple she was serving who were also Asian. I left the store feeling very annoyed and dissatisfied with the service or lack thereof.

I just wanted to say thankyou to Imran. He is such a huge asset to the company and holds such a high standard of professionalism. He knew exactly what I wanted and supported me throughout my whole purchase. We need more people like Imran in the industry.I look forward to my next purchase or even just popping in the store for a chat!

My mum and I came in not looking for anything in particular. Imran provided us with such excellent customer service and provided us with a wealth of product knowledge. Imran was honest and didn't try to give us false information just to make a sale. Can't recommend him enough to help you find jewellery for any occasion!

Imran was an absolute superstar we had a certain item we were trying to find which appeared in stock but couldn’t find its physical he searched for over 15 minutes the whole store just to satisfy us , loved the ring thank you so much Imran and the team will definitely be back
