After shopping prices and amenities at 4 different storage facilities, we were lucky enough to reach Kitty at Arlington Self Storage! We initially called in to check prices. Kitty answered all of our questions promptly and also offered help in choosing our unit. (I found out that some places don't like to give rates over the phone) Polite, professional and a complete class act! They also had the best prices of the facilities we checked! She took us on a golf cart to show us 2 units. She made the experience enjoyable and easy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Kitty!

rude when I called to ask if they could give me information on auctions at that specific facility, she said they don't have any. Then I asked her then could she give me information on when they will have any and she replied in a non-professional tone that they don't do auctions.. I asked forreal, she said yeah.. to me that was a wrong way to end a call.

We rent office space here for our small consulting firm. The space is perfect for our needs and is well maintained and affordable. Best of all though, is the office manager, Kitty. She is friendly and professional and has been very helpful with everything we have needed along the way.

Allan did amazingly and I really appreciate him helping me with my storage unit and always being there when I need help or information. Thank you so much!!
