Absolutely terrible!!!! Do not use this facility. I booked my storage unit 3 weeks prior to moving out and received a confirmation email, I had not received any other form of communication from Secure Max Storage in those 3 weeks. I arrived at the storage facility with the truck full of my house items to put into storage. I contacted the 1300 number on the website to see how to gain entry. The phone was answered by a very unprofessional guy. He went on to explain that they did not have any storage places available and that one of their reps was supposed to contact me. When I explained that no one had contacted me and that I had an email confirming the unit, he did not care in the slightest and did not even try and help. This incurred so much more stress than I needed after moving house on my own and with a truck already full of my contents. In my opinion absolutely unprofessional in service and although pricing is cheaper here, you are certainly getting what you pay for. I went on to find an amazing storage facility and after explaining to them what I had been through, they also agreed at the level of unprofessionalism!
