Usually I have no issues with this carpark. Last night none of their payment machines were working, at the ground floor we inserted the ticket and the machine said that none of our cards were permitted, before even inserting. Same for the machine downstairs. 20 minutes we waited pressing the assistance buttons on any machine nearby and no answer, 15 minutes I was on hold with the provided phone number, with my wait time being announced and going up by a minute. I started the call with a '20 second wait' and ended up with a 7 minute wait. They never answered. The woman who finally answered the machine was unhelpful and almost non understandable. What was worse was that we had been right behind another group talking to her right before us, so no idea where she managed to disappear to for 20 minutes right after they left.

A company that takes advantage of it's position by overpricing their options. In addition, car parks still operate without the option to pay via Google or Apple Pay. With the money they are earning by ripping off consumers, you would expect they would upgrade their systems to match the year we live in. Payment without these options, results in the need to make a call and pay manually. People pay because it is only one of a few options. Their website makes you call to receive a quite on monthly pricing, but after digging, these prices can be found. But then when talking to them on the phone, there is an additional security deposit and processing fee to pay. I won't use them anymore, finding alternative methods to commute to work.

Worst car park experience ever! Entered the car park only to find 1 space available which was 2 hours only & the boom gate to a lower level not working. Contacted Secure Parking & had a very frustrating conversation with a staff member that spoke limited English but who opened the boom gate to let me in. Then encountered difficulty exiting as I had apparently been let into the level for tenants only. Attempts to contact Secure Parking were fruitless. Two conversations with staff who couldn’t raise the boom gate & then the direct phone line to Secure Parking was consistently engaged. Poor customer service!

You can ONLY use credit card - no pay pass and no debit card. You then have to call and pay over the phone which is a 5-10min ordeal. I’m sorry do we live in 1990 So many people A) don’t have credit cards and B) physically don’t have it on them. Will never ever ever park here again, also the car of 4 people with me won’t either. Wow. Wowowowowow. Gobsmacked.

Absolute terrible customer service. After providing faulty car park passes, forcing me to buying a ticket to exit the car valued at $35. 6months later I was refunded after about email trail that goes on forever. My advice to this to Secure is simplify your methods and provide better customer service.

Scammers, literally declined a refund on an issue which was clearly their fault. Don’t bother with this company poor ethics
