Jazmin Perry(DPT) is awesome! She has developed a plan that is progressing my healing immensely! I enjoy coming She makes me feel very welcome and gives a home-like experience; always smiling and happy to help with any and everything that I'm going through, my journey has been up and down (my swelling and pain increased since coming, due to my own activities AGAINST HER ADVISORY, and she was still successful in helping me to progress from that). She's knowledgeable and will educate you about what she does and why she does it and what you should do outside of physical therapy to progress in your process. I love coming here but, I will be disappointed after her awesome work heals me, because I won't be scheduled to come every week and receive the good vibes and healing that she gives.

There is no reason that PhysioTherapy on Armenia in Tampa shouldn't have 5 stars across the board. The lower starred ratings are from a long time ago and there is new management and staff. I was not a physical therapy fan until I stepped foot into PhysioTherapy on Armenia. Rita is the manager now and has an unbelievable desire to help people get better and teach patients how to prevent injuries. She is a top notch leader in this industry. Melissa, Rita, and Brandi have worked with me after my ACDF surgery and I feel better and younger than ever before. Thank you for giving me my life back. Each of you explained the why's, how's and what's! Thank you a million times over!!

The reception staffer jumped into getting me scheduled with enthusiasm and focus! The 5 other Select locations I called dully responded -- "2 weeks" for any initial evaluation and then went silent waiting for me to say ok. A few days later (not 2 weeks!), I met Jazmin at my initial evaluation meeting and began treatment for my total hip replacement. The experience and medical result, so far, have been spectacular. Everyone has been sharp, pleasant, instructing me with clarity and detail. The environment is a great combination of warm and friendly while super professional! I feel better and stronger after every treatment. Forget the rest and go with Jazmin and her team!

I went to Select Physical Therapy on my GP’s recommendation for lower leg pain. I found the clinic to be clean and welcoming, the staff friendly and knowledgeable. There are other Select PTs closer to my home, but I chose this office and have been very satisfied with my therapist Milton Macias. He is able to explain in lay terms what the problem is and what the goals are and has an easy going style that makes the work easier overall. I have done PT previously and can tell you a therapist with a great attitude goes a long way in the healing and recovery process. Thanks Milton!

The entire staff at Select Physical Therapy on Armenia Avenue should be commended on their ability to make a clients experience remarkable. This was my first experience with physical therapy and I was somewhat nervous. Milton is remarkable and truly knows his stuff. He answers all your questions and explains why he has you doing a certain exercise. Anna, the young lady that mans the desk works with you in adjusting your schedule times if need be. I did not like the physical therapist Paul. His attitude and negativity towards my recovery was draining. He did not answer many questions I asked. His response was, "google it." He would ask me questions about my pain. Before I could finish any sentence he would rudely interrupt. He just could not listen to me. The communication was terrible, on his end. I would tell anyone that needs physical therapy to go somewhere else. He treated me like I was a waste of his time. I am just so disappointed with my treatment ,or lack of, with Paul.

The team at Select is wonderful. They are all very personable and the PT, Milton, and PTA, Gabby, do a great job explaining the exercises and treatments! Milton, is extremely knowledgeable. Gabby does a great job at helping patients through their exercises. Finally, Anna stays on top of insurance billing and scheduling. While therapy is an added step in my day, I do not doubt the quality care I get from them. I highly recommend this location of Select Physical Therapy.

Jazmin and her team at Select Therapy St. Joe’s are the best! Each staff member is friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. I received exercises specific to my needs with one-on- one attention at each session. The exercises have made me stronger and more resilient to injury. I also appreciate the detailed handouts explaining exercises to complete at home. Many thanks to Jazz, Madison, Beca, and Genevieve for their expertise and for making treatment so enjoyable!

I broke my arm in 3 places. After 10 weeks in a cast I had very limited use of my right hand and arm. After only 3 sessions with the therapist I have seen improvements I wasn't expecting to see so soon. The one on one treatments plus the encouragement, I no longer worry about getting total use of my right hand and arm back and being able to return to work. They are great at Select Physical Therapy.

Jazmin Perry is very knowledgeable and attentive to her patients. She is a wonderful listener and always takes the time to answer any questions her patients have regarding treatment. Jazmin also creates and maintains a positive and fun atmosphere, turning a space that may be fearful for some into a place they can look forward to coming to.

Awesome team. From the administration to the PT team members you can sense the caring and family type atmosphere. You have a great manager in Jazmin. Gabriella and Nate are both professional and seem to truly care about the clients. They all treat each client like a guest and not just a number. Very important in today’s world.

Jazmin came highly recommended with good reason. She is patient, kind, personable, and will push you just to the limit. Not many people can relate to and work with younger and older patients, but I see her doing just that! Can't say enough good things about what she has done for my sons shoulder rehab!

I could not use my left shoulder and had Paul as my therapist. He was very patient and had a good sense of humor which put me at ease. I am so pleased with the physical outcome and back to being able to hook my undergarments and zip my clothes etc....
