There is a nice selection of bottles on the shelves (the best and rarest). The owner, Giacomo, is a wonderful person with whom it is wonderful to converse and is very knowledgeable about wines. A delight to listen to him, an experience. He gave me a real lesson about the wines of Franciacorta and nearby regions. In practice, a wine shop that could go unnoticed by the numbers, but which I recommend entering if you are looking for courtesy, knowledge and passion.

Giacomo is the Italian wine wizard! He knows every bottle on his shelf and only makes the best recommendations. I spent over an hour with him sharing our passion for wine and Italian wine regions. I not only learned alot, I left with 24+ bottles that I am so excited to try. He and his son graciously brought the cases to my hotel so that I could drive them back home. Amazing knowledge, personal service and all the country’s best wine in the heart of Milan!

Well worth the rating! The environment is very comfortable and cozy. The staff are very amicable and knowledgeable about all of their inventory. I left the store knowing about the history of the bottle I'd purchased, the Italian wine industry, and more about wine in general. On top of this the wine was at a great value and was super delicious! I'm not one to write reviews but this place is a mandatory visit for buying Italian wine.

I have definitely found a valid excuse to return to Milan after finding Senso! Top notch wines, at a range of prices, in a beautifully furnished and welcoming Vino emporium tucked in nicely beside La Scala Milan. Fabulous service with much knowledge and expertise about the wines on offer. I honestly could have shared my wine with the staff I enjoyed their company that much. Grazie! Purchased :Monsordo. Wanted to buy a special wine, since me and my husband are passionate about it, but the owner seemed not to be interested in selling something to us. At every question we got an answer that it is very expensive or a collection wine. We were asking about wines that we were willing to pay for. Too bad, the collection is amazing, but apparently it is not available for everyone.

Какие-то вина собираются буквально по нескольку бутылок, другие - партиями. Можно найти редкие. Цены, на мой взгляд, многие завышены, но у хозяина на все есть резон. В общем, интересно, но недешево.

I met the owner and he was great to talk with and gave me a great price for his wine. I will definitely go there again when we visit Milan. You can also order on line and he can definitely be trusted. I use to live in Japan and the Italian wines were too expensive. If you are Japanese visiting Milan, go to this wine store. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful experience! Giacomo was endearing, friendly and so helpful! I had a quick stop in Milan on my way to Venice and needed a good quality bottle of red wine. He was so helpful and poured me several samples before I chose what to buy. Visiting Senso is like visiting a friend. Highly recommend!
