Serena Beach and Resort is THE place in Kenya to relax and enjoy the warm ocean air with views of the Indian Ocean and a constant breeze that only the beach brings. The resort is meticulously clean and cared for. My room was air conditioned for comfort from the moderate humidity and the view from my room featured the white sand and waves of the ocean. I was pampered with a two hour massage at the resort and in every spot where I sought relaxation, a staff member was there to ensure my comfort. The open air bar had a spectacular view of the resort while the pool was quiet yet kid-friendly and welcoming to families. On our last night, we celebrated the birthday of one of the 19 people in our party. The staff did not disappoint! Music, singing, dancing, impeccable service, and outstanding grilled seafood made for a memorable night.

My family has had such a good time at Serena Beach Resort and Spa.. The staff from the kids department/minders were my highlight... Mary, Zawadi, Karen took care of my 2 and 3 year olds all day, we had soo much time to ourselves... Proper R&R The waiters were also Soo warm and accommodative to the kids, ...the room attendants too...and all the staff across.. The rooms are clean and spot on. Everything is just perfect and excellent .. Keep it right there guys...looking forward to next year and every other year☺️☺️... Warm regards Violet Mugendi.

Loveddd every bit of this place...the property is connected to the beach ⛱️ which is beautiful..food service is goood...taste is good...definitely and highly recommend this property if you are in going to MOMBASA kenya...alot of things can be better but overall I had a gala time...so many in house activities..they also have baby sitters for kids who make them do alot of activities...there is pool yoga in the morning by 11...I had a lovely stay and hope u have a lovely stay too..!

It really is the most wonderful, relaxing place. Stunning and well-kept grounds (even with a butterfly park!). A gorgeous beach on the doorstep and a huge pool where you can properly swim (and have cocktails - the perfect combo!). The staff are so attentive and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and quiet - with mosquito nets over the beds. The food is great - there’s so much selection of African and Indian cuisine, but I have to say the burger and chips was top notch too! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great experience staying at the hotel and I appreciate the Swahili architecture and ambience it brought to the hotel. It was quiet and great for family. We had and apartment style room where my our kids had there own room and we had ours. Stuff were amazing Mrs Khadija and Mr Ali thank you for your hospitality. My family's biggest regret is not booking for more days with you but next I am in town I will book in advance..

Beautiful hotel, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only stayed once beforw flying home. But we will definitely be back and would love to stay longer to make use of all the amazing facilities. Rooms were gorgeous and when we went to dinner came back to the room being turned down and the set up with the mosquito next. Balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean. Food was great value just wish they had had more local cuisine but I know they have to cater for the masses.

Lovely hotel, with a mix of modern and swahili touch. Large beach access Loved the nature, different types of trees within the hotel. Many activities within the hotel. Lovely weekend entertainment Good service. Clean and spacious rooms. Good meals. Access to Nyali centre. Felt safe for solo traveling and well taken care of

Very nice resort with great hospitality. We enjoyed time together with our colleagues from Dubai and Keniya. Property is well maintained and staff ensures they take good care of their guests. Food is nice, location is perfect, beach access.

The Hotel ist big and beautiful with a lot of 2- floors- buildings Great Location after our Safari, to go sightseeing in Mombasa. Directly at the Beach, we enjoyed looking at the Ocean and being spoiled by a great service.

Probably the best hotel on Mombasa's north coast, with a great location far away from the main road. A quiet, clean beach, resplendant spacious grounds and graceful Swahili style architecture all combine to create a wonderful space and experience. The only downside is the loud bar/club adjacent to rooms 201-423 and the Jahazi restaurant, so beware of that.

A beautiful setting to relax and enjoy time with family. Staff went out of their way to make it a special experience. Gabriel, Zawadi and Karen from the Animation Team made extra effort to enhance our stay and fantastic service from Joseph in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy all the coast has to offer.

Great ambience,Clean,next to the beach,Reception staff was quite welcoming but service was poor.Been here since 2:30 and I just got service now at 3:30.I hour later am deeply disappointed... It's a place to visit if the service is worked on.
