I came here for the first time yesterday with my mum for 50th birthday treat! I’ve been to two salons before but my mum has never been so for her I booked the full wash, cut, full hair dye and pedicure. For myself a balayage and pedicure. I cannot compliment enough how lovely the service was and what an amazing job they did. Fatima, you made us feel at home and you spent FOUR hours on my difficult hair making sure I had the exact colour I wanted. Maliha gave us both a lovely pedicure and my feet feel brand new! My mum is over the moon and had such a pleasant first experience. We will definitely be coming back here again. As someone who is very fussy I am really pleased with my hair, thank you so so much. Especially the fact my hair was not done at closing time and they stayed back an extra hour to make sure everything was done perfectly WITHOUT rushing in the slightest. In fact I was the one rushing as I had a dinner reservation after. It’s things like this that have won me over as a loyal customer.

I had the best day with the girls at Serenity. My cousin was getting married so we wanted to have a pamper day before the big day. There was 8 of us. I had never been to serenity before but now I've been twice already! It's a lovely family run business, her daughter doing the mani and pedis, whilst she was doing haircut, facials and massages. The bride got a hydro facial treatment which she highly recommends, and could not believe the feeling and the look of her skin afterwards, which continued for some days. I got a haircut and a massage, which hit the right spot, and came back again for hair colouring which I'm in love with. She's not usually open on a Sunday but she opened it just for us which I thought was really kind of her and made the experience all the more fun and relaxing. I would definitely go back, especially for another girly pamper day. Thank you serenity!

I booked an appointment at this salon and unfortunately when i went for my appointment it was closed. I waited outside the salon for 45 mins with my son. I rang both phone numbers multiple times and left messages but no answer. Eventually i asked the dry cleaners next door who informed she had gone on holiday. As I'd already paid online i rang after a few days and the owner informed me she had no internet and no voicemail. Funny thing is she saw the missed calls from the dry cleaner (who kindly tried to contact her for me) but not my 5 missed calls?! I found she gave me a lot of stories and to be honest I wouldn't trust her. I wouldn't recommend this salon but i would recommend the dry cleaners next door who were very helpful

I booked myself and other family members for a range of treatments, as a treat just before my cousins wedding; manicure/pedicure, massages, facials, haircut etc. My cousin loved her hydrofacial and my mum and aunt were really pleased with they full body massage. Everyone was really happy with the service received. The place has a nice, relaxing ambiance and Dil and her daughter were really lovely. It’s a women only salon, so no men walking in (the door is kept locked during treatments to ensure this is the case) as a hijab wearer this was a huge positive. Prayer mats were also available if needed and tea and coffee was offered on multiple occasions! We all enjoyed the experience and looking forward to going back again

I cannot recommend Fatima enough! She is an absolute delight! This was my first time having my haircut and I was so nervous as I have very long hair and wanted a specific cut done. She was so accommodating to my needs and always made sure i was comfortable and happy with the lengths she was cutting my hair at. Fatima cut my hair soo beautifully to suit my face shape and features. She was also so very patient and kind! I had the best experience and was left with such a beautiful hair cut. I could not be happier with my new hairstyle, its everything and more all thanks to Fatima's experienced hands. She is an absolutely wonderful person and so good and what she does, definitely will be booking again!

Tried this salon for the first time after reading really great reviews and was not disappointed! Had my wash, haircut and blowdry from Dil who listened to what I wanted, was so friendly and offered her useful tips too. My hair was looking so amazing & professional when I left, I loved it! The salon is nice and calming with a water feature & spa music. You will feel nice and relaxed after visiting here! Would definitely come back & recommend to all! Roadside residential parking available too!

Omg omg finally I found my new favourite hijab friendly hair cut salon. I will be her lifetime customer from now on I really wish I could show my hair cut ‍♀️ but unfortunately I’m Hijabi so I can’t but trust me the hair cut looks gorgeous Dil is a very talented hairstylist, she has magic in her hand ❤️she cut my hair so beautifully that suited well to my features and changed my entire look, I absolutely love it!! I strongly recommend Dil and her salon

I popped into Serenity on the off chance they were available for a wash, cut and dry for my long, thick hair. Happily Dil was able to accommodate me and provided a wonderful service. The head massage meant my stresses vanished enabling me to relax into my new haircut. Dil is warm and friendly and did a fantastic job on my hair. I will definitely be returning. The shop itself lives up to its name with a tranquil water fountain in the waiting area. Happy to recommend!

Dil is amazing and absolutely a star! I contacted her for Hydrafacial and mentioned my concerns about facials and reaction. She is so caring and made sure I was relaxed when the treatment was running. After one hour of treatment and massage I feel totally wonderful. On top of it , when your little 3 year old munchkin says "wowwww you look nice today. Are you going out and will you take me ?" I am sure it deserves more than 5 stars !

Such a lovely salon !! I received excellent service from Dil. She managed to do my hair exactly as I wanted it despite the fact that my hair was black and I wanted a ginger/copper tone. Dil ensured that I got the results I wished for and I am so glad ! I highly recommend Serenity for everyone, especially if you want hair that will compliment you complexion and skin tone. Dil’s expertise and professionalism was fantastic.

I happened to find this place through Google reviews, decided to check it out. The service was amazing, the place is totally hijab friendly. Dil is very skilled, she gave me a layered haircut and made my hair look very voluminous. She also dyed my hair, the colour I wanted would usually requires bleach but she was able to achieve a very similar result without using any bleach, which I was very pleased with.

I had the most amazing time with my two girlfriends thanks to the staff and service given at this place. The ladies were supper friendly and accommodating yet professional. You feel completely at home while getting the best beauty treatment. A lovely hot brew was offered in this cold weather. Felt completely refreshed after my facial treatment. Will definitely return. Hi i had my hair done for the first time at this place. I had the colour correction and i got to say the staff are lovely. They are very warm and welcoming. Farida the hairdresser was very friendly and explained everything really well and made me feel soo relaxed. By far the best salon i have visited and this will be my local salon from now. Finally got round to booking a haircut and managed to get an appointment at very short notice. Was treated like a Queen and came out feeling 10 years younger as always. Previously have had facials, pedicures and manicures; each time has been exceptional and unforgotten experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top class service and care.

It was my first visit to this saloon and I found all the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. My stylist farida who worked in Anju’s for 11 years is a experienced and talented hair dresser. She gave me a great cut and the balayage was fabulous. I shall be back for my root touch up and hair cut. Thank you everyone at serenity.

The ladies were lovely, made you feel very welcome, and the treatment for my head, neck and back was personalised and exactly what I needed. Had a massage today and it was so far the best one I have ever had. I have had lots of massages in the past but this today's one was so nice, on the spot pressure and the way Fatima does it was so different and yet amazing. Came out really happy and felt relax. This is now the place I will always go to for a massage.

My first experience with this place, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Usually most places don't accommodate two people for a facial at one time but they met my request despite it not being something they do. My niece got a pedicure and she really liked it too. I had a warm welcome by the owner of the boutique, she asked me twice if I wanted to drink before and after my appointment. I loved the experience of oil massage with hot stone rotations on my very tired and stressed body. Thank you 'Serenity BB & Spa for making my body feel soft and relaxed.

From entering the shop to the hair cut the experience was phenomenal. Dil was so welcoming and made us feel at ease - I had initially made a booking for a simple cut but then added colour and dil was accommodating. If you’re looking for a self care day out I highly recommend serenity.

I went for Hydrofacial. The cheapest around with the best service. Fatima is a one-woman band and the personal touches really make a difference. For example, during our conversation I mentioned about my headache and she gave a head massage free of charge. This is for sure my go to.

The salon is so calming and pretty not to mention the friendly and kind staff. They cut, coloured/ did balayage to my daughters hair exactly how she wanted. Highly recommend them! I had my haircut and colour too.. will definitely be going to them from now on. Thank you!

So relaxing!! The atmosphere was set with calm music and the woman was so nice and gentle. The pedi was very relaxing and the massage chair was amazing. She painted with careful thought and I came out with amazingly soft feet and calves. Love to go again

This place is only for women. My wife loved it and was very comfortable there. It's a great spot for hijab-wearing sisters. The service is very friendly and helpful. I found this place after searching for somewhere suitable for modesty.

Came for a leg wax, wax was way too hot and not all hair was removed. Went home with sticky legs as the oil they used did nothing to remove leftover wax. Not happy with service but still paid.
