After seeing the endless hype on social media & their many likes my friend and I decided to walk down & get a lovely lunch from here!!! After the orders were done my friend sat down to eat & one of the women rudely asked her “Are you gonna eat it in here?” She said yes and the woman huffed and puffed about it. Not sure why because there was only one other customer at a table at this time. So we left and sat outside to enjoy the beautiful warm day.....her kebab meat was very cold inside which put us off our food! During that time I was polishing off one of my fried dimsums which was still freezing on the bottom and soggy.... I could not eat the other two. The chips that came with my friends kebab were below average and disgraceful I’m surprised they have the Confidence to force so many on you. We threw out most of our food & went home to put her kebab in the oven. An extremely disappointing day and we’d never go back. A huge waste of time and felt disgusted by food for the rest of the day after eating through a half frozen dim sum !!!

Absolutely terrible!! Ordered dinner for Good Friday and was told it was an hour wait (understandable) so we waited and just before an hour we called to see if our order was ready, the guy who answered said that they were ahead in orders so we should come now. When we arrived we were told that they didn't have something we ordered, so we had to change that part of the order and then wait another 10 minutes. Surely they could've told us when we called up but oh well. We get home, open our food and see that instead of flake they have substituted it for Blue Grenadier because i assume they've ran out of flake. We ordered a minimum chips and got maybe half of a regular minimum chips and the scallops were squished and gooey. I now understand why you guys were the only fish and chip shop to answer in the entire western suburbs.

This place has wide range of menu, from fish and chips, seafood, burger to halal snack pack. We ordered Salmon D'lish and Fisherman basket The salmon was so fresh, juicy and has buttery tasting. The garden salad was so fresh as well. I would highly recommended the fisherman basket. Nice flake, prawns, tender calamari and the scallops that to die for! with chips, dipping sauce and tabouli salad. We really love the salad too. The taste of tomato and other spices in the salad gives fresh sensation. The place so cozy and very clean. the owner and staff are so friendly and spry. They have wide selection of drinks as well in the fridge.

Extremely generous sizes for the price. I got the Large Lamb HSP, the meat had next to no flavour and was very watery tasting. There was about a tablespoon or two of water in the bottom corner when tipped. Not sure if it was from the meat or maybe the last bit of the sauce bottle that did this. The chips were ok but could of done with more seasoning. The staff were very friendly and the shop itself is very clean and well presented. Shame about the flavour because it’s bang for $ otherwise. And for my experience I walked across the road to sit by the water and eat 3 minutes tops after it was cooked so the food didn’t sweat.

If you are on the go and want a quick and delicious lunch this is the place. Calamari and Grilled Flake were awesome. Staff are very welcoming and Food is value for money. Update 09/07/2021 One of the best fish n chip shop around the whole area. We ordered Grilled Calamari, Fried Flake and Grilled Barramundi with chips. They were by far the best in the area and perfectly price. Standout for the shop is the selection of fish which is consistently fresh, no matter which type of fish you order. They have a great menu with heaps to select from.The service is so friendly and helpful! 5☆☆☆☆☆

No longer a regular here due to today's treatment by staff. I left my water bottle in the restaurant while I went out to use the bathroom. When I came back, my water bottle was gone. Once I altered staff they told me to take a new one. I took the first one I saw. As I was going to sit down, an employee at the back started yelling "get another one, that one is too expensive" (mind you they don't have the prices written). What makes it worse is that, it was their fault that my water bottle was gone and IT WAS A $1 OR $2 DIFFERENCE. SOOO STINGY.

I’ve been coming here almost every month since they opened. I always order the $10 fish, chips and salad. It’s my favourite meal in this price range in Caroline Springs. The salad gets this boy eating his greens. So fresh and I just had to ask if they use homegrown tomatoes and olives: it’s clear to any gardener. The chips are excellent and you can get the fish grilled for no extra cost. This is one warm, friendly business that truly deserves to thrive.... oh, a whole crowd of teenagers just walked in. They know quality!

Worst kebab I’ve ever seen. If I were to dip a whole kebab in a drum of oil and lift it up, you’ll begin to understand what I’m talking about - a dripping mess inside and out. At least 20ml of oil in the foil. Thin, soggy pita bread. Couldnt even hold the kebab without getting messy because they warm up the bread on the same hot plate they use to cook other food. Thin kebab lacking portion. Meat dry and smelled aweful. Go elsewhere. Fried dim sims were, astonishingly, better than average. The potato cakes were average.

After always going to Blue Marlin fish and chips where the lads do a terrific job, i decided it was time to share the local love. I only ordered 2 pieces of grilled Flake and a minimum chips. A) the fish was very oily which it shouldnt be as its grilled and then the fish was put in a polystyrene container where it lay soaked in its juices and oil. B) the chips were soggy and undercooked. I do hope this is just a one off as i will give it a 2nd chance but got alot to do to catch the boys at Blue Marlin.

I don't usually write bad reviews but they have certainly let the ball drop. Calamari was raw...burnt on the outside and batter was oozing out of the ring. Prawns were raw. Potato cakes were old and had a frozen taste. Same with the flakes. Everything was dripping in oil. Oil had an old bitter taste and I didn't get tarter sauce. I am not going back here and felt embarrassed bringing that food home to guests. What happened to this place?

This is our favourite in Caroline Springs been going for years. Chilled out and very spacious. We visit at least twice a week to dine in or takeaway. Haven’t tried it yet? Go on what are you waiting for. Our favourites grilled fish salad & brown rice or chips if you are feeling naughty. Also Salt & pepper Calamari. Like a good Kabab? They have that too. Go and enjoy. Pretty good kebab joint. Probably the nicest place I've ever eaten a kebab. Affordable pricing and meal deals, considering 2 shops (or so) down is another fish and chippery where you can also order kebabs/burgers. The flavours in the kebab worked well, and the dine-in option was clean, tidy with their customer service also very hospitable. Would go again.

Exceptional quality, fresh and tasty food!! The baby octopus and calamari were divine!! It was the freshest and best fish we have ever had and such great value for money. My kids are very fussy eaters and were extremely happy with their kids meals. The staff were also very friendly and the service was fantastic!! Thankyou Serenity Blu we will be back

There are two most important for me. Halal and Food taste and this place has both... It's Halal place and had tried Fish and Chips and Prawns Popcorn. Would suggest everyone to try thier Prawns Popcorn as it's must to go. Ambiance is good and clean , have good amount of sitting place.

I seriously cannot fault this place, it is not your typical fish and chip place, it far exceeds expectations by food and service. I'm blown away by how good the grilled fisherman's basket is! Full of flavour and fresh produce and most importantly not oily! Pls do yourself a favour and give this place a go! Keep up the good work guys!

I have been eating burgers all my life and found this place and burgers they do it was the ultimate best burger I ever tasted, and the 2 ladies there are the most kindest people you will ever come across, thank you so much for the best lunch of my life.

Chicken burger not bad for a fish and chip shop. Burger sauces and oils were dripping everywhere tho. Quite unpleasant. Staff looked pretty disorganised, making mistakes and yelling at eachother. Compliments on the fish tho. Meals looked great and tasted great from the people I was with.

Thought it was good until I saw the large lady/owner waste half a can of fly spray (it was going for ages) in the back cooking area when she thought no one was looking. I approached her about it and how terrible it was to do that in a prep/cooking area and she came up with some excuse.

Always have found their food to be great the flake are always a decent size on the oilier side but we like it like that chips are great kids meal is great too. This is our place to get good fish and chips. Now the service that is something that’s also a notch above the rest!

What a let down.. I'm new to the area and was looking forward to trying this fish & chips as the shop looked so nice. It's very clean inside but the food is pretty tasteless. Fish batter had no taste.. chips were soggy. For the price i expected better.

Although customer service and pricing is good, the food itself is of a very poor standard. Chicken was old, stale, and undercooked, and the minced meat tasted rank. Even for their prices, the quality of food just doesn't justify a visit there.

Staff looked un organized and when they didnt give me what i orderd and rang them they seemed to no want to help me and made me feel i was wrong to call and tell them they stuffed up my order.

Check you card terminals before making payment always charged you extra. In prices board it's clearly mentioned Regular HSP is $9.95 but they charged $12.

The fried fish is very nice, thick pieces of fish and the batter is light and crispy. The staff are also very friendly.

Please next time make sure your meat is hot and not nearly cold. Also I requested no tomatoes as I'm allergic to them.

Had a chicken burger on 27/2. Spent four hours on the toilet in six trips, from an hour afterwards. Definitely avoid.

I ordered a grilled flake today. And I couldn't even eat it. It was like rubber. Very disappointing.

The flake was delicious and the chips were fluffy on the inside with a good crunch on the outside.
