Burned my pizza on two separate occasions, they have a habit of overcooking things. Not good. I let that slide. The straw that broke the camel's back is when I ordered a vegetarian, just a vegetarian, large, which is 15 dollars, and they charged me 17 because I was eating it there. I try to make sense of that, like what, an extra 2 dollars because you will have to clean the plate that the pizza comes on? I’ve never heard of a place charging extra because they have to clean the plates. How moronic is that. And the pizza is average, not worth 17 dollars, or 15. And remember, just a vegetarian. I won't be going back. Had they not ripped me that extra 2 dollars, I would have. Avoid these people. Highway robbery. And after I ordered they asked me if I was paying by cash or card, I said cash. Imagine if I said card!!!!

Been going there for years, and have been ordering Pizza's regularly during the Covid period I have been received many emails promoting discounts for Sergio's mutiple times a week and the lastest oe received on October 30th, stating the OCTOBER discount was for each and every order. I thought I'd use the discount for once, albeit 10% on a single pizza. The "Discount Coupon" was rejected for an Order on 31st October for an 18" Calebrese because the order was not $25. I could not find this condition on the email sent by Sergio's. I ended up ordering the 18" Calebrese from Uber Eats - It was cheaper than ordering from Sergios. I have unsubscribed for the email list.

is this place even operating anymore? I ordered pizza online Monday evening, it is now Wednesday and the pizza has yet to arrive. I left over 6 messages for this business and they have not even returned my call. I drove to the restaurant when the pizza did not arrive on Monday evening and the store was closed! How can they take orders online? And how can they not return my messages. the charge is still on my credit card, which I am disputing with my bank. ridiculous

Really disappointed. Have eaten Sergio’s on and off over 20 years. They make the best garlic pizza. But last night’s order was terrible. New chef? Half Garlic/half American pizza was unlike what we’ve ordered in the past - was bordering on inedible. And to make matters worse, my daughter’s pineapple pizza had hair in/on it - spanning a couple of pieces. It was just a really disappointing meal. We turfed most of it. Will be taking a break from Sergio’s for a while.

I ordered a home delivery on April 13th 2020 The PastaCarbonara was absolutely the WORST I have ever tasted in my life it was DISGUSTING no flavour whatsoever it was just plain and disgusting but it gets worse when the delivery guy turned up he said he didn’t have change for $40.00 I thought it was standard for all pizza delivery people to have change up to $50.00 so I had no choice but to give him a large tip I was really angry

Our family loves Sergio’s, especially the Sergio’s Special and Aussie pizzas! The most generous and meaty toppings - Sergio’s has never disappointed. We’ve supported them weekly during COVID and the experience and quality is always second-to-none. We’ve never used the discount vouchers, as the prices are so reasonable and we’re committed to supporting local and family-run businesses.

I wouldn't say that Sergio's is the best Pizza bistro in town but it is definately in my top 10. I go there with my boyfriend every Friday evening and eventhough it's not the most romantic place around we always have a good time and enjoy the perfectly prepared pizzas. Although it's not the most expensive Pizza Bistro it wouldn't hurt if the prices were a little bit lower.

Most of the menu was unavailable! Ordered the eye fillet and they gave me porterhouse which they thought i wouldn't notice! When i told them this is porterhouse not eye fillet they looked away and reluctantly told me they were out of eye fillet! Why didn't you tell me when i was ordering instead of serving me whatever you had out the back! Extremely Disappointed Sergio's

0 out of 100. WORST customer service of any place I’ve been in Melbourne cbd. They made the wrong coffee, ok no worries, asked politely to change it and the manager was so rude he actually just said outright no, you can pay for another coffee. Of all the great places nearby I would recommend you can pretty much go anywhere and get better service.

Great local and long established, traditional style family Pizza cafe. Reasonable prices and large variety of homemade pasta and pizza on the menu and some gourmet options available. It' also BYO. Takeaway and home delivery also available. Seating capacity is a little limited so best to book for Friday and Saturday nights.

Under new ownership. Customer service was fantastic tonight after an online order mistake via a website they are no longer connected to since changing owner. They refunded my order and gave me a free pizza. These guys deserve a chance and we will revisit.

This family run business has been a favourite of mine for many years. The people here have a passion for what they do and it really shows. The homemade pastas are phenomenal and the 'sergios special' pizza never fails to impress. The value for money here is really great too. Can't recommend enough.

We got two takeaway pizzas today, one was a simple margarita pizza and other was a vegetarian pizza, the pizzas very absolutely tasteless and the cheese was so not mozzarella as per what they have on the menu. We had only one slice of each pizza and had to bin the rest.

Just waited 45 minutes for my takeaway order, was told a driver had my order, and then had my order cancelled before it was delivered!?! Very disappointed, not even a phone call, if you can't cope with the orders just don't accept it to start off with..

Bought two pizzas. Vegetarian had no flavour, and one whole quarter had no cheese at all. The Hawaiian was dry and flavourless, very disappointing. Will not revisit.

The only good thing about this place was the speedy delivery. The garlic rissotto was burnt and for $25 it didn't fill a small container. The veal was like leather and it is served with veggies but no potato will never order from there again.

Nice cheery welcome, freshly cooked pizza was excellent and the spaghetti bolognais was decilious with an excellent portion size.

Several Orders cancelled for no reason with Uber Eats over last 6 months despite store being open and product available, never a reason provided disgraceful Customer Service for someone that is a local regular shopping in same precinct

First time customer and just ordered the Sergio’s Special, and it was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Perfect thin, crisp crust and generous toppings with just the right flavour balance.

NEVER VISIT THE PLACE!!!!! Worst experience. Worst staff ever. The owner or whoever he was, billing the amount and shouting at people. He was the most rude person I ever saw in my life.

Don’t use their delivery service. Can take up to an hour and the food arrives cold. Other restaurants are better nearby to save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

Spaghetti bolognese & spaghetti vegetarian tonight were terrible. Sauce for both looked too red & tasted weird & nasty. Last time I will order from them.
