I have been going to Sevenoaks Sound & Vision in Bromley for over 20 years and will continue to do so. The person that I deal with there has been working there almost as long as I have been buying from them and he is very patient with me as I flip flop over different choices and never giving a hint of frustration when I changed the order for my latest purchase for the third time. The price I paid for my TV was better than anything the major retailers offered and is backed up with expert knowledge and help even after the delivery has been made. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Great customer service and the sales agent who served me was brilliant (Philip) Not only he gave me his professional advice but also took the time to come to my house to make sure my system was set up properly. They normally charge £50 for this service but on this occasion it was free. I normally tend to shop online to save a few £ but on such an expensive peace of kit I wanted to do the old fashion way and have a face to face chat with someone that is an expert in this field and i was not disappointed.They have won my loyalty as a customer.

Great service, knowledge and pricing. From initial discussions regarding a new TV and demo of a soundbar I was interested in buying to arranging for delivery and helping to troubleshoot and set up the new TV. I experienced an issue with connecting my TV wirelessly to my broadband and both Philip and Finn worked tirelessly to help resolve the issue, visiting numerous times to assist. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sevenoaks Sound and Vision in Bromley for your TV, Hi-Fi and AV needs.

I'm editing this review because since I've bought a few things from this store, I've had an issue with a product. However, Philip from the branch has gone out of his way to help me resolve the issue. I would always recommend using this shop if you're looking for great products at good prices and really good aftersales support. What a great experience, which is honestly rare these days. Great! I've been a customer for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The expertise and service is first class, the after -sales care excellent and the staff always friendly and cheerful. On a number of occasions, staff have spent a great deal of time advising me on how to get the best out of my system, long after I'd bought anything. I was given particular and valuable support when I made some purchases during lockdown.

Knowledgeable & friendly store plus willing to do a deal. I bought a Sonos Beam & Sub which were delivered on time. Set the items up myself but not without some difficulties. Definitely not just plug & play even if my router was only 20 feet away. Have done Trueplay but need to do it again in about a week when everything has settled in. Haven't investigated all the features but will do so over time. Very happy so far.

Great competitive prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent service, no sales pressure. Philip, Finn and the team are great. What a pleasure dealing with them. When things went wrong (missing screws for speakers), they stepped up and immediately resolved the issue. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality AV. I have been a SSAV customer since 1984 and have always been impressed by the excellent service, great advice, range of products and value for money. In recent years I have used the Bromley store regularly and Philip, Fin and Darren always demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide unbiased opinions which has resulted in great sounding music and AV systems.

Cannot praise or recommend the guys at Sevenoaks Bromley enough. The service received was excellent already but when I had an issue after install (no fault of Sevenoaks) Finn and Philip stepped up when the manufacturer did best part of nothing. Thanks guys, your support was so very appreciated. I definitely recommend and will definitely purchase from them again.

The team (especially Phil, no relation) spent a lot of time with me and allowed me to try out a lot of different equipment (speakers, amps and music streamers) to help me come to a decision. It may be possible to get stuff cheaper from an online store, but with quality hifi equipment it's worth seeking out their expertise and trying it in their listening room.

Pretty sure I coincided with a delivery as the guy was purposefully short with me, especially when he realised I was only in the market for a £500 DAC and didn't know my onions. Rude quite frankly. I'm now in the market for some expensive KEF speakers and will be 100% going to Richer Sounds over the road, where they were super helpful and nice.

Bought Denon DM41 to replace 10 year old DM35. I was well advised by the Bromley store as my disappointment with the faulty CD drawer was pushing me towards another brand. The 41 is really good and a noticeable improvement in all respects: sound; display; tone adjustment etc. so very pleased, would certainly use Sevenoaks S & V again.

Within seconds it felt right to buy KEF R300 loudspeakers and the stunning quality of the movie image on the the large display screens made it almost impossible to leave the store and return to nearby parking at The Glades shopping centre!
