"I have been going here for 21 years"
"Outstanding"
Considering how busy all GP surgeries are, I had to comment on the great experience I have had with Dr Hudson. He arranged a scan very quickly for me and personally phoned me with the results. I could not fault his care nor his bedside manner. I moved to this Gp surgery recently and they are leagues ahead of my old one.
I have been using this surgery for 40 years and cannot believe how lucky I am compared to friends and family who use other GP services. I have found the service to be impeccable from the receptionists who are always extremely helpful and empathetic to the GPs through the years who have been brilliant and supportive.
Working Monday to Friday it’s very difficult to get appointment as it’s always booked up. I went to see a doctor over 2 months ago as I have issue with my foot. I am still waiting to be referred. Even though I mentioned to the doctor that I am in a lot of pain . It’s a joke and Why the GP isn’t open on Saturday !
I have been going here for 21 years. Had 2 babies under SH care. NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. I find everyone to be polite and professional. Sometimes the reception area can be quite stressed, not suprising when some patients see fit to verbally abuse them. Personally, I find this place really helpful.
Outstanding. Reception people always polite, quick and very helpful. 3 doctors I had a pleasure to meet very professional. My personal gratitude to the Head of the surgery Dr. Patrick Hudson for the level of care and support I am receiving. Top marks on everything
The receptionist customer service is terrible from all the ladies especially from one older lady in black medium black hair - disgusting manners. It's a shame because everyone apart from receptionists is really nice and helpful. Shame on you Seymour House surgery!
My experience at Seymour House was positive. The receptionists were lovely both in person and over the phone. The doctor with whom I spoke was attentive. The nurse who took my blood was kind and chatty. And the surgery itself was warm and modern. Thanks!
Disrespectful and dismissive staff at the reception. We've been waiting for over two weeks to get our three month old infant vaccinated. As with other reviews, we found the experience humiliating when the Receptionist suggested we register
I first registered with Seymour House in 2008, adding my 3 boys as they 'arrived' I found the service consistently timely, honest and dependable across my primary Dr (Hudson) and the various doctors and nurses throughout a little under 14
Honestly people do NOT sign up here. Dr manotheethan jegasothy Known as Dr Mano, does NOT care about his patients. He doesn’t care about your issues or what you’re going through. No empathy at all. It’s like a meat factory “get em in and
Such a wonderful doctors. We joined due to having problems with another local surgery and we are so happy we made the switch. The nurse who has done my daughters injections is wonderful, so empathetic and helpful. I also had to call them
Just trying to up the rating a bit, it's not a 5 star experience but that's rather on the system than on the surgery — once you manage to get an appointment, it's mostly pleasant experience inside. Staff is really helpful, it's sometimes
I have been suffering from otitis media since 18 May and have attended the clinic more than 5 times seeing Dr Hudson. I have been begging him every single time to refer me to ENT specialist or at least imaging but he refused that on all
An absolute waste of tax payers money. Rude receptionists that are completely uncaring and disinterested, if you are lucky enough to get an appointment (i waited a week back in November) the doctors just want to give you a flu jab, was
Many years ago I went to this Gp NO professionalism and the doctors looking after me were not good at all .They ignored my pain and I listened from one Dr who told me I was tired . Dr Sivagee was very poor doctor . She didn’t solve my
The new receptionist is lovely. They were able to arrange a virtual examination of my partner when he had a problematic skin condition (during lockdown). The (Asian?) doctor prescribed some steroid cream and Epaderm cream which worked
Dr Blaney should not be working in this profession. She has no sympathy whatsoever for the patients. Very rude. I am 24 weeks pregnant and I never felf so intimidated :( my appointment was pointless and that is why I need to schedule
Don't waste your time!!! Call in morning for appointment all full asked to call back at 3 so I do I'm Second in line call answers and appently they can't hear you! Ones again had to call back and no appointment waste of time!!!!!
Doctors are good, administration not so much. Unceremoniously dumped as a patient after 15 years by someone in the background telling the person I was speaking to that I'd moved a road outside their catchment area. Rude.
I was trying to call from 8 no answe as they open at 8:30 so I did try @8:30 for some reason I was number 10 after 15 minutes to be my turn they're saying they are fully booked and I have to try tomorrow morning @8:30.
Dr Hudson and the rest of the permanent GP’s such as Dr Saveje and dr mano are all amazing doctors and they truly care and do all possible to help. Reception staff could be either better trained or supported
They really are very poor. It is extremely hard to book an appointment and you always have to wait 20+ mins just to talk to someone to try and book your appointment. I will be leaving very soon
Quite happy with the service, especially with the ability to book an urgent appointment. Waiting times can get a little too long sometimes but overall my experience with this surgery is good.
I have sever tooth pain. Wanted to book an appointment to get some antibiotics. We don’t have any appointments today’s. Find yourself a dentist. They really don’t care about your welfare.
Very bad receptionist. Rudeness is her language. Imagine being sick and someone being disrespectful and rude to you. She talks as if she is doing you a favour although I pay my taxes
I had a c- section delivery a month ago, i have pain and swelling which needs to be taken care of immediately. They offered me an appointment for next week. Still can’t believe it!
I have literally been going here my whole life and have recently changed GP surgery. I will miss the lovely nurse who has done my injections since I was a baby!
Worst surgery Extremely unreliable, unprofessional Impossible to get an appointment, constant error on their system with prescription Avoid !!
Worst receptionist ever. Rude and dismissive Wrong appointment, wrong input of data in the system, never correct (we updated them 4 times!)
I managed to speak to a doctor on the same afternoon that I phoned, and was given a prescription; efficient service. and kind treatment.
I haven’t had an issue with them. My advice is not to tell the receptionist why you are making the appointment; it’s not a requirement.
late prescriptions, impossible to get an appointment, doctor call back not fulfilled, records not updated constants errors
Nothing but praise for this surgery! Receptionists always so lovely, especially the older lady with black hair.
Nurse extremely rude - reported to Practice Manager who didn’t seem that concerned ! Awful manner she had !
Rude, unhelpful, deeply unsympathetic receptionists in moments of bereavement. Just awful.
The administration should be changed unhelpful even if you have an emergency …
Seymour House is a very good doctors they have been very helpful and caring.
A couple of the receptionist always look so miserable.othewise its ok there.
horrible receptionists!! rude, unhelpful, unprofessional!
I think there very nice..obviously very busy o0
