My partner has a gout attack and we are visiting travelers, first time I'm vancouver. We need a prescription and the pharmacist gave us help on how to get onto maple app to get a prescription that will allow the medicine to be ready at the pharmacy everything was ready in 10 mins after they received the prescription. He was very patient with us, and helpful. It made a lot of difference. The walk ins medical centers are all about 400 to 700 dollars and nonce has picked up a call. We greatly appreciate this pharmacy that help us navigate the situation. We love the city already ok our first morning here.

Some of the best customer service from a pharmacy! Really make an effort to know the customer rather than a number. Also very accommodating and knowledgeable when registering and filling a new prescription. I had some questions that were answered well as the pharmacist took the time to go through it with me even when it got busy. Compared to big drug store chains the difference is noticeable. This is now my new go to spot for my medication. Also being near the Seymour urgent care centre is convenient when going to medical appointments.

All the staff had been quite nice and patient however my presciption cream was not mixed well before i received it in a plastic container. I assume it should still be as effective. Thank you for taking the time to clarify that it's only good for 3 months after the 3 ingredients/ compounds has been mixed but can still be used past that time period.

Small shop next door to urgent care with Friendly helpful staff. They were out of childrens ibuprofen but did have a topical anti inflammatory cream the doctor has suggested. I also appreciated the pharmacists suggestion for a gauze wrap for my sons comfort (he jammed his thumb in a door)
