Clean floor. 5.Good/Cold air/Heat 6.Some-times Reduced Prices based on what level Quality you demand... Which is good if you only have 50$, cause regular price per night is around 85$ a night. 7. Outlets/Lights/Locks Work. 8. Fair Amount of Shelving Space. 9.Toilet works/Clean/No Hard Water Stains! Thats A Really Good Trait! 10. Clean Towls/Wash Cloth(s),on register night. 11. Shower/Bath-basin , holds water/Drains good. Hot and cold water at medium amount levels. Not scolding hot... 12. Mirror in Restroom and main Room. 13. Toilet paper provided. 14.Soap/Sampoo provided usually.(Not Tonight) 15. Updated sink Hardware. 16. Restrooms Fan works. IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED! 1. FAULTY FIRE SPRINKLER HEAD SYSTEMS WARNING! MULTIPLE ILL PLACED ANTI-FIRE SPRINKLER HEADS. SOME spouts broken. 2. Wallpaint alittle spotty, w/ variety of tiny holes. 3. I paid 40$ tonight. Plus 20$ buddy loan... 4.Regular is 85$ plus deposit. 5.Bonus. DISCOUNT. Ive done 5 or more board of health reports on this place. It keeps better! 6.Frankesteins Got a vanity kit on the place. 7.100 air conditioners, 5 old mattress's in the utility hallway. 8.Back-up Positive! 9. Frito lay chips have been sold at snack bar for years. Fraudo- Lay(?) stole my rune. (long story, i'm an Army Vet since 2003, Navy vet 1996, general med discharged). ANYWAY! 2022, JUNE 28th is today. 10. Hallway Runner Carpet all needs replaced, smells of dead gun shot victims lossvomit(low trace smell) ☠️, , Real true... Its obvious employees clean carpet after tragedies... Alive, we sense.... Under a bridge? 10thi Street (Deep)? Kennp? 2 GOOD KLEANERS. 30,000$ NEW CARPET THROUGH OUT. UNDERFLOOR SANITIZATION. Long term pad, vaporizes mold, toxins, sanitizes, dust remover, auto vacumes low-medium level I WOULD BRING FUTURE 100$ ROOMS, EVERY 3 NIGHTS A MONTH. In floor Jaquzzy would cause, hydro-klean air environment! In main room corner. Just big enough to sit for relax. Mini-jets. I design those. Fair cost. Better than who? No biggy. Might be one some difference room. 2. Seen 2 roaches. 1 mini. 1 medium. Clean else wise.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. To start with. It looks decent outside, but don't be fooled. Upon entering the "broken" doors. I entered a very large lobby type area. Which was full of 2 'ladies of the street' and a homeless person. As well as a less than nice man who offered me drugs WHILE I WAS IN THE LOBBY. Not to mention, I got deep deep stares because of how nicely dressed I was. Looked like they were gonna mug me. The staff was rude, and they have CRAZY polices. For example, You can't have visitors, you have to PAY extra to use the NASTY pool. And you only have 5 minutes to rush to your room and look for bugs to get a refund. Or else it's final. And you have to pay. Also, the front desk guy will try and keep your ID if you don't demand it back. The rooms were nasty. There was a roach in the pillow case. It smells like sex, weed, and body odor. There was hair in the sink. And the trash was full. Unless you're just trying to make a quick drug deal or muder somebody. Get far far away from this hell on Earth. It was so bad, I just straight up left and drove and hour and 45min back home at 1am. Just because I would rather be driving at 1am than go anywhere within 10 miles of this place.

I lived at this hotel for 8 months around 2013. Let me just say that it's not a hotel by any means. My heroin dealer was a few rooms down, yet it still took him 25 minutes to get to me. The Indians that ran the place kept the good rooms for themselves and their family, while allowing guests to live in the more deplorable conditions. I smoked crack with an ISP teacher and threw up all over his bathroom before leaving. The house keepers would give us towels and extra toilette commodities in exchange for drugs and favors. They used to have an illegal candy store at the entrance, but it since got shut down. There was this cool chick that worked the counter though at nights. She was probably one of the only normal people in that whole entire establishment. Every room had crazy amount of cockroaches and they wouldn't fix it. The pool was not heated and after a period of time they just flat out drained it. How many people have been murdered here since I left? If I can recall just from the news I'd say 3 minimum. If you are looking for a good time to just get high and not do anything productive for society, then this hotel is your sanctuary.

I read the reviews and thought maybe they're just picky and even if it's not great. It'll be good enough. It was the worse place I've ever stayed. The front desk was rude. Forget about anything listed in the amenities. It's all lies. The motel smells like smoke and mold. Not a mild smell, but a slap you in the face take your breath away smell. The smell in the rooms are worse. They obviously do not have a cleaning crew. I found a crown royal top on the floor, and a magnum box next to the wall. There was debris all over the floor that indicated to me that they didn't even bother to vacuum. There were BEDBUGS and ROACHES. The bathroom looked like they had started building it and quit halfway through and then had bodily fluids thrown everywhere. The side panel to the tub was loose and off set. The bathtub creeked like it was going to give out. Cops "came" for their break. Drug dealers and users. FYI: If you decide to risk it anyway, you have 5 minutes to get a refund. TLDR: It's worse than the reviews can describe. Pay a little more. It'll be worth it to save yourself from this experience.

This place doesn't even deserve a star at all but I had to pick one in order to leave a comment. Nasty and dirty. When you check in the front seems ok but don't be deceived. They only give you 5 minutes to change your mind about the room and get a refund. After that they will not give you a refund. This place has bed bugs. DON'T STAY! It is not worth saving a few dollars. The staff does not speak English well and acts as if he doesn't understand what you are saying. They only have two maids, one mid age and the other very old...they understand no English. Once there, you have to vacuum your own room, take out your own trash. DON'T STAY! BEDBUGS!!! There is no pool, no dining hall, pictures on the website are fake or were taken a really, really long time ago...please dont be fooled to stay here...

My stay was terrible. They advertise cable but it constantly goes in and out. They have a pretty awful roach infestation. I mean it was constantly roaches in the bathroom, by the mini fridge and on the walls. I remember laying down looking at the ceiling and seeing them come out of the ceiling just disgusting. The remodeling they are doing is great and looks amazing but if u have smelly hallways and a roach infestation it’s really a waste. Get some air fresheners and call an exterminator and maybe you will have much more luck ! Come on management i know you have gotten complaints do your job and not the lazy way !

Sadly i have to give a star to write a review. Avoid this place at all costs, the low cost for the rooms is not worth it. When my husband and I were walking to the room a lady there told us to look for bugbeds and all I needed was one reason to walk right back out of there. We walked in, it smelled terrible and was dirty, i pulled the sheets back to look at the bed and it was old, burned and stained. Stains on the floor, a rotting TV stand and despite it being no smoking there were burns all over the bathroom and it was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a month with multiple people already using it. DON'T DO IT! It's just not worth it.

Considering the area the rooms are decent and under $65. Left from one room not too far away cause it had queen roaches crawling around.... Hardwood floors inside and they have a coin op pool table... Only drawback is alot of the rooms had their tvs stolen, the manager had to go find another TV to put into my room, he told me they have cameras but ppl just walk out with them anyway, maybe they can use a donation from someone/somewhere. Overall I would recommend cause the rooms are clean, good condition and no smells, with hardwood floors

I was there for 2 weeks and never did I get my sheets changed, even though I asked. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper and that was difficult because the staff didn't speak English. I saw roaches in the hallway and found one in my room. The desk in the room was located by the wall with no outlet so I had to do my work on my bed. No elevator. Sometimes people being very noisy at night.

So many things wrong with this place. I'm sure it used to be very nice. Not now I heard something crawling over me while I was walking the halls from the office to my room. The sheets didn't fit the bed I saw 2 yes 2 roaches. The toilet didn't have the back to it and to stop it from running I had to put my hand in the back to put the stopper down. Other than that $217 i paid for the room for a week wasn't bad.

I give 1 star because it's clean, but the roaches in my room took away the other four stars when I spoke to the front desk person. He said he'd have it spayed for bug so calm and collected. The roaches been there it was no surprise to him. Just normal. When I wanted to check in it was 20 minutes to get a room because the front desk person was away. The room wasn't worth 70 bucks and a 30 dollar deposit.

This hotel don't even get a 1 from me. I only did it because I had to rate something. The rooms has roaches and rats. We had to get moved out of one room that had roaches to another room that had mice. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They need to bulldoze the hotel down ur gonna need more than remodeling.

This is my last time ever renting a room here. The only good thing about it was that the heat actually worked. Other than that theirs no hot water, the place is falling apart and no matter how newly remodeled it was they're still infested with roaches. The sheets had stale cigarette smells on them and burn holes in the sheets. Highly dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Worst place I have ever stayed at. You couldn't understand any of the front desk "help" and it was disgustingly dirty. I changed rooms 4 times due to, #1 the door didn't lock, #2 it was so dirty I'm pretty sure it was illegal, #3 the AC didn't work and the door didn't lock, and #4 didn't have a working bathroom/shower. DO NOT STAY HERE! ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER!

The courtesy and promptness of getting a room is as quick as could be. The room is clean and the spacious... I understand that the renovation is far from complete but looks like it'll become. A class act by the time its done. Can't wait to see it finished!!!

I just loved the services. I forgot to bring some baby essentials, but Sam ensured to get the essentials arranged for my baby in the middle of the night. Also, the room was spic and span. Zee I feel manages everything pretty well and he too is very courteous and professional.

Worst experience ever nasty beds. They tried to charge me more then other guest. Mold in rooms. Gave me a one bed when I asked for a two. Then tried to charge extra. Staff not helpful and disrespectful. They wouldn't give clean towels . dope veins hiding behind trash cans at night. Prostitutes hanging out behind the building.

Was quoted a different price then when I arrived. As well when I did arrive there were cops out front arresting a few people. Recommend finding another place outside of town definitely not worth what they are charging.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They refuse to accommodate the rooms with simple things like a working smoke alarm. They overcharge whenever they can. They come in your room and take things then act like they watched the camera and saw nothing. Complete ripoff and they will never get mine or anyone I know business.

No towels or trashcan in the room. Constantly herassed for cigarettes by other people in the the parking lot. Roaches in the room, stained sheets on bed tv reception is horrible, wifi doesn't work. Kept my room deposit for no reason, assured me that it would be returned and of course it never appeared. DON'T STAY HERE.

Low weekly rate but bring cleaning supplies...I always have to clean my room myself. Rooms are not equally equipped as far as tv, fridge & microwave. Plus side is they sell time of candy, chip, can & bottled pop, ice cream, hamburgers, hot pockets etc. Workers are friendly & helpful tho service can at times be slow.

The staff was extremely rude. TV only had one clear channel, room was filthy. There was hair, trash, and tobacco in drawers. Lights barely worked. Carpet was filthy. I would recommend this place be closed. It would look better if a demolition crew would level building so the property could be used as a parking lot.

It was clean and smelled just fine so everything you hope for when you get a hotel. Lol although I will say look out the back sliding door of your room. It's a pretty Kool view.
