I went there under a deal I saw on nearby . on call they said that they would charge me the price that is given on the app , when I went there , they kept me waiting for 15 to 20 minutes . After that we went for waxing and I was not satisfied with the waxing at all the hairs were not fully removed. after my waxing appointment I had my hair colour appointment they said that they would do that with the given colour that I had chosen and the given style that I have chosen but the end result was not visible. They coloured it but not the way the said that they would, and even asked for higher price from what was Perviously discussed. now after 2 weeks of getting my hair done my hair is extremely damaged even after taking care of them since I also previously had my hair colored. I would not recommend this parlour to anyone I also had a previous bad experience with them but I thought of giving them another chance.

There were several things I was bluffed at. I made my bookings for my wedding and it was a great disappointment. My makeup was clownish for engagement. The owner herself did it. I relied on her for the best result on my special day but she simply ruined it. And for the wedding I was charged high and was promised to give me airbrush makeup but there wasn't any airbrush and in fact my makeup was incomplete. I would have done better makeup myself. After charging almost 60k for the whole bridal treatment it was a sheer disappointment. I have been regretting my decision on trusting them. The promises made are just to earn money not customer satisfaction besides after charging so much I wasn't given proper attention even on the wedding day. There is a lack of management. For all the to be bride please search well good makeup artists. Poor service.

Worst experience ever...I took keratin treatment from them...and it literally didn't even stayed for two days...I took hair wash from them after two days Of treatment and my hair felt dry even before the wash..I told them the issue and the owner tried to convince me that it will get better after first wash.. It cost me Rs.9600 (6000 for keratin+3600 for shampoo and conditioner) The shampoo is so bad that it has only made my hair more frizzy and now I am struggling with hairfall. After 7days I went again to return the shampoo..but the owner lady said "Aapko wash karna nahi aata hoga islie hairfall hua aapka.. hum wash krenge toh nahi hoga"... And they did not refund or even did not exchanged the product.. So please think twice if taking any kind of hair treatment from them..

If you are looking to just trim your hair, go ahead. If you have long hair (girls) and looking forward for a new full-fledged haircut for a change, don't keep high hopes. The hairdresser told me he can either give me a blunt cut or some layers. I trust him to give me atleast some nice layers. Well, he cut short my hair a lot and frankly, only styling made it look nice. Nothing great about the haircut individually. Price was 600 with hairwash (pretty decent) but they did not have a rate card for the services when I asked them about it. They won't give you a bill until you ask them. Never happened in good salons like Bblunt or YLG. I would choose to pay 300-400 more and get a nice haircut rather than just sacrifice my lovely hair for no great outcomes.

First thing I found here is proper cleanliness along with professional staff wearing full things attached to covid19 also and in proper way they all are trained to sanitized their clients also....Good behaviour and response I got from them with proper gesture they are having....Last but not least as it's my first visit here and I saw mam surbhi who is very soft spoken and good lady knows how to entertain their clients in sophisticated manner.

The salon is situated very near to the circuit house. I went there for haircare and pedicure. Salon is more or less clean but sometimes odorous. They is scope of improvement in hygiene standards.As every soap opera dresser hairdresser was very chatty. They have online booking facility so one book the appointment. Morning time is usually not busy. Overall experience was not bad.

Both me and my fiancé had a haircut. I also got my beard done. We were very happy both with a professional execution and the end result. As good as any hairdresser in Sweden. But at a (for us) bargain rate. For me it also included a very relaxing head massage at the end of the haircut. We had no language issues as the staff understood English. Overall we recommend it.

We took their most basic makeup which was for 1550/-. They did such a tacky make up which was really too bad to look at. And the hairstyle I had shown was totally different from what they made. Functions already give you short time so we basically didn't have any option to get it right and the review people gave us was horrible! Worst experience ever!!

Worst Salon Services given by the people. Even after the appointment kept me waiting for 30 mins with my legs dipped in just warm water. Form then pedicure is just soaking your legs and massaging for 5 mins . No proper scrubbing, no filing, Not treating cuticles no removing Calluses . Please don’t waste your time in going there .

make up was not good at all as I recommenrecommended to my frd she is from out of Jaipur. I have been to rajapark shades earlier for makeup and it was fantastic and this shades was near to our venue but makeup was very pathetic even hair do was also not good. I will never visit there.

Poor service, A.C. we're not working, and they really didn't cared about that. I went for dere just eyebrows threading which was also not shaped nicely. They didn't even bother to provide a tissue to clear the face. Highly dissatisfied. Only good thing about them is the location.

I went in there to get my hair colored and Dinesh Ji was the person who did my hair. I am so happy with the results.I highly recommend him, he was very patient and did exactly how i wanted my hair to be. Also, there was great Covid hygiene everything was being sanitized.

Saroj, the head person of the salon with the experience of 20 years, don’t know the simple difference between smoothing and straightening. Asked her for smoothing , she did the worst job. And don’t how how to take care of her clients. Please don’t visit this salon ever.

Got waxing done from shades,Bani park. Got burnt and when asked them to look into the matter, they said to apply ointment. It took me a week to get back the skin on burnt area. Really unsatisfactory service.
