They don't fix anything I'm moving out now because my toet backs up into bathtub landlord always has excuses. Roaches everywhere, grounds are dirty and full of potholes. The owner Harvey is a slumlord. I wouldn't recommend living here unless you only plan to stay a few weeks to a month ... They are a horrible mobile home and horrible at keeping tenants happy and the homes up to par.

Pot holes will destroy your vehicle! Can't get escape them! Manager spies on tenants, (Can tell you IF you've had Any visitors to what days you might not come Home!). Don't expect much from this trailer park.

Seems quaint but a little on the small side as far as trailer parks go but I think it could be safer that way! Not too shabby
