One of Oldest Water Parks. ➡️ Entry Fees is 250₹. A Child Above 3 years of Age needs a full Ticket. ➡️ Only Cash Accepted. No Digital Payments. ➡️ Restaurant Food is not very good. But they allow us to eat Outside food in their Garden Area. They put a stamp in your hand to exit. You can have your Lunch and Enter again to Water Park. ➡️ Location of Water park is bit remote. You can Reach there by Ola or Uber But the local Auto Union doesn't Allow Ola or Uber to pick you from there. So In the evening while returning you have to Hire the Local Auto and No need to say they will charge you High. It's better to reach there by your own Vehicle or you can call your friend to pick you up. ➡️ Waves in the wave Pool is very Mild you dont even feel if people are more. Especially on weekends there are around 1k visitors so it's almost Packed on weekends. Timings for waves are 12:30 to 12:50 & 3:30 to 3:50. ➡️ Water is shallow in the pool. Good for kids but for Adults no separate pool. ➡️ Slides are not in very good condition. You get stuck in Some Slides and have to drag yourself to exit. ➡️ Lockers are available. ➡️ Washroom and changing rooms are very Limited and very dirty. Thank you.

We visited on 7 march 2023 Group of 6 peoples. The ticket price on holi was 400 and on general day was 250. Even mentioning the ticket price 250, they charged 400 from all peoples on Holi day. 2ndly we ordered food, price was reasonable but they charge service charges, as per law they can't charge service charges instead of that they charge 10% service charges on gross total bill. We argued but they don't listen but they reduced that to 5% on that bill. This service charges was nor acceptable from them. Rides are good, but many rides have low water flow due to this everyone are stuck in middle of the rides. Wave pool time 12:30 to 12:50 & 3:30 to 3:50, wave pool didn't as expected we expect. Small waves only. In Shower or changing room door was not there, if the door was there then it was break and no kundi in some of them door. But at a price range of 400 on holi day not worthy but if the price was 250 on holi day as well then it is really worth it.

This resort is not very good, most of the staff here are just watching who is doing what, Most of the staff here have some problem of mentality, maybe they need to see a doctor, The location of this resort is not good and there is nothing to see here, the service is quite good, but it is not allowed to go personally or with family, Ekdom service is not good for them.

Finally unlimited fun and pleasent experience, you can carry great memories over there. 5/6 km away from ambarnath station And, 7/8 km from Badlapur station. Sharing Riksha available or you can carry your own vehicle. Large area available for parking. No online payment is available, bring cash with you.

Location is best but they only take cash and the pools are very dirty I agree they have the surroundings covered with trees and greenery but that doesn't mean that the pool will be filled with leaves they have their own restaurant and where the food is good but again you have to make half payments in cash and half in gpay if you are making online payment. Entry fee in cash locker fees and deposit in cash. In 2023 where everyone does online transactions here they are still in 1990

Don't Go !!!!! Avoid Shanti Sagar Resort Number of issues we faced. 1. Food quality is very bad. 2. Arrogant staff. 3. Some Slides are not working properly or slightly damaged. 4. Wave pool doesn't have force. Dead frog is floting in pool. 5. Inside restaurant / stall charged doubled than actual price. 6. Children's games zone not working. 7. Outside area ( Garden ) is not clean. 8. Pool staff is not attentive. 9. Water level in sliding area is too low. 10. Bathroom and washroom area is not maintained properly. I will not suggest anyone to visit there. Sorry to say but it's really a bad experience. Resort management should think on improvement.

They should improve the canteen/inside restaurant facility service. Charges are very high and completely unjustified they charged us single rice bhakri at 25 rs., The MRP of coldrink is 40rs and they charged 90rs. Moreover the person was not ready to provide GST bill copy and charging service charges of 244 rs for which they don't have any explanation. Charges are not concern here but they should provide service as per the charges they applying to customers. I have this bill copy and will attach here for reference.

Website does not mention that they accept only cash and no UPI. Had to literally beg them if something could be done. Got at last someone to give me cash, but not without charging me 50 Rs extra. Also the MRP products are sold at extra price. I would not recommend anyone to go to this waterpark, though it is priced at only 250 Rs. Washroom is really dirty, it seems no one is bothered to clean it before the guests arrive.

We liked water park but need to increase cleanness in the entrance, abusement park. Also restaurant, shops breakfast, lunch foods price are much higher than Quality & Quantity, so it's need to improve in it. There was no any type of checking done before sending peoples to water park, lots of peoples was found in cotton cloths while taking slides, it was very dangerous to stuck while slides & got accidents.

Affordable price @250 rupees per head. Two pools present one family and another wave pool... The wave pool timings are scheduled .. normal slides.. Outside food not allowed Inside restaurant is available but it's too expensive Suggestions there's a dhaba outside where normal chicken and veg thali is available at an affordable price... A farm house Bungalow and rooms are available...

Worst water park visited ever. Uncleaned changing rooms. Unsafe lockers. Waste of money! Location is quite good but resort isn't maintained well. No proper service provided. Smoking is allowed outside the restaurant. Lots of inconvenience caused. I'll suggest to go Wet n Joy instead of this.

It was really great experience, We went there on Sunday and there were too much crowd water was bit dirty may be because of so many public on the same day but overall it's worth to spending only Rs. 250...... Tip - Go there with your own vehicle you could save more money other wise you will have to spend 1k approx for both up-down from Dombivli or nearby places

They don't have an first add box properly Office staff arrogance talking with my students and me also (When I asked about first addbox) No one is their for Bandage, cleaning a injury part. If you have so much pain at that time also we do our tritment yourself only. About resturant It is managing test of chicken handi. Muter panir And staff also good.

It's awesome experience I visited 2 times and slides and pools are Nice. And had a great experience with family.

Good resort for stay as the climate is good. Full of coconut trees around. Restaurant food was also very good. Located on the banks of Ulhas river, it has water park attached. It has only one large shallow pool with multiple slides. You can hire auto from Ambernath station for one way trip to resort at Rs 200/- only.

Remotely located very old but cheapeat water park. Good for kids, adults may find difficulty to enjoy the rides, as on all rides you can't just slide, you need to walk. Very crowded on weekends.

We stayed on 28May wherein booked a villa which had clean rooms and a separate pool too.. the food was good in taste, quality and quantity! Moreover, the water at resort was clean and will maintained, had a fun stay so thanks to the staff :)
