We visited Nashville September 5th through the 10th and were greeted by Amy at the airbnb we were staying at. We were not allowed to check in yet so she kept our luggage until check in. Amy was super nice and helpful with every question we had about her services and what to expect. She was very accommodating and even had our luggage in our place when we returned. Amy recommended some places to check out since this was our first time to Nashville and even gave us a ride to Broadway to start checking out some of the places she mentioned. The day before we were to leave we had a “little” hiccup in our plans and Amy jumped right in and communicated with the Airbnb we were staying at to help resolve the issue. She definitely went above and beyond and we were able to enjoy every minute of our vacation, thank you Amy!

We found Amy last minute without a reservation. She answered my text before hours AND squeezed in our pick up before her 1st scheduled pick up for the day! On a weekend!!! We made plans to meet later at the airport to gather our luggage for our flight. Our plans changed and we ended up at a restaurant which she quickly replied it was no problem. She arrived in a busy downtown hardly any place to park area before we expected and was walking up to the restaurant with our luggage as we exited. Wow!! We planned to meet her in the street so she wouldn't have to park and just grab our luggage out of her SUV. She has an awesome personality & great smile for us at pick up & drop off. We are so thankful for the ability to safely leave our things in her care for a few hours while we played tourists! What awesome service!

My friend and I were staying at the Sonder Dovetail, and we saw the sign in the lobby. It’s a brilliant business concept, and it seemed too good to be true initially. However, Amy was super communicative and willing to answer my questions and book us via text and outside of her normal hours. I was having a booking issue with the website, and I think it was temporarily down on a Saturday evening. Sayer our driver was amazing, super communicative and arrived earlier than said time. This is truly the best experience and exactly what I expected to take place. Thank you for making the traveling process less stressful. I’ll definitely be reusing this service if I’m back in town, and I highly recommend Amy and the entire She’s Got Baggage team to anyone in the area needing a luggage service.

Recently traveled to Nashville and stayed near Broadway. Had to be out of our rental by 10 AM and needed a place for our luggage to be stored until we flew out later that evening. Booking this service was straight forward and easy. Our driver arrived on time at our rental location to pick up our 7 pieces of luggage (4 people). We had them drop off our bags at the airport. Driver arrived at the airport on time and met us as planned. Was great having a full day in Nashville without rolling our bags around town! We knew that wherever we went in Nashville our bags would be waiting for us at the airport. Would highly recommend this company and service. Professional, courtesies, and customer service oriented. Would use this service again next time we travel to Nashville.

I cannot say enough times how thankful I am for Amy! My boyfriend and I came down to Nashville and had gotten tickets for the Titans game at 12 but could not check in to our Air B and B until 3. We found Amy’s service the night before and she was more than willing to accommodate us. I was a little skeptical leaving our belongings, including my laptop, with someone I hadn’t met before. But, as soon as we met her, I was more than comfortable. Amy met us at the stadium in the middle of awful traffic to get our luggage and then was waiting for us back at our Air B and B when the game was over. Amy was an absolute pleasure to work with. I didn't plan very well for our most recent trip yet she was still able to accommodate us at the last minute on the day of our flight out of Nashville. We needed to check out by 11:00 but our flight wasn't until almost 8pm. She was wonderful. Showed up right on time, took all of our bags for the day, and even met us at the airport right outside of where we needed to be. And all at a SUPER great rate. Next time I head to Nashville I'll book the flights that give me the most time in the city and won't have to worry about hauling around luggage all day or expensive storage services. One word! WOW!!! Amy and her crew were wonderful. We arranged for airport pick up and Cassidy was on time and ready to help. Then Sunday night in a panick I texted Cassidy stating that it had totally slipped my mind to book their service for the return trip. It was late and she took care of us and texted Amy to make sure that we would be taken care of. Amy contacted me early in the morning and assured us that they would handle everything. Tam also showed up on time for pickup and drop off. I cannot recommend these girls enough if you are in need of baggage storage while you’re in Nashville. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!

She’s Got Baggage is a lifesaver! The team came to the airport upon arrival and picked up all of our bags so that we could explore the city without lugging all of our stuff around. They then dropped off everything once we could check into our AirBnB. The team is so friendly, on-time, and easy to communicate with. This service was amazing! Our crew had an early flight in and a late flight out. We stayed at an Air Bnb so we couldn’t leave our bags will bell services, so she’s got baggage came to the rescue! They picked our bags up at the airport and dropped them off at our air bnb later that evening. It was so great to be able to head out to explore and not drag our bags around! Same deal on our last day-we we’re able to sneak in a few more Nashville experiences and our bags arrived at the airport right on time. Awesome!!! This is legit! We tried the other local luggage company upon arrival at 8am Wednesday, who didn’t answer the phone and location was the back of a building with no door, a homeless person’s bed. That day we had to drag our bags around til we could check in. Then I found Amy who really took care of us. On Sunday she picked up our bags from our rental at 10:00am and held them all day, cause our flight was 8pm. We walked around bag free and got another full day of Nashville! She met us at the terminal and delivered bags on time!!! I will never go to Nashville without texting Amy.

Discovering Amy @ She’s Got Baggage was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Nashville! She picked up our bags promptly @ a location and time convenient for us. I recently used this company to handle my luggage along with 3 other people. Our suitcases were big and Amy was strong enough to handle the luggage without any issues. By far the best! Amy was amazing! My Airbnb check out was at 11am and my flight out was not until 6pm, so it was extremely convenient. She picked up my bags at the Airbnb and picked me up later on and brought me to the airport with my luggage. Very nice to have something like this when you don't have your own car to keep all that pesty luggage somewhere safe while you enjoy the few hours you have left to explore. While waiting for our flight she was very helpful taking our luggage for us when we didn't have our hotel anymore for the day or our own vehicle. This company is great!!! We landed in Nashville at 11:30am but our Airbnb wouldn't let us check in until 4pm... This awesome company saved us!!! They met us at the nearest restaurant took our luggage (approx 12 suitcases) and kept them for us until check in time while we explored Nashville... This service is awesome. We had a flight into Nashville that got in at 8:30 AM but we couldn't check into our AirBnB until 1:00 PM. She was able to meet us at the breakfast spot we were going to in the morning and then again at 1:00 PM where we were staying at a very affordable price.
