I don’t know why I stepped foot in here again after so many bad experiences. They always make you shout your problem loudly to several staff members across the long counter because the main cashier is supposed to speak to everyone first, but they have no clue about anything medical - genius. Then they tell you they’re only allowed to sell basic over the counter meds with special conditions where Boots just sell the item normally. Maybe it’s because it’s an independent shop? It would explain the steep prices. I would gladly never visit here again and was only tempted because other pharmacies are further away from me. But never again, guys. It’s not worth it (and you can’t get your meds anyway!)

If anyone wants an example of a wonderful local business that is really part of the community, look no further. My wife, myself and my daughter have been going here for over a decade. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful and they work really hard to provide a great service to everyone. Whether I've gone for herbal medicine, prescriptions or their ear cleaning service - the service and friendliness has been exemplary. I hope all your staff read this and understand we (everyone in your local area) love you because of what you do and the way you do it - you deserve these good reviews, every one :-)

A very rare misfire from this pharmacy, I called to inquire about a mistake about the medication given to me (that turned out to be a mistake by my doctor surgery, not the pharmacy) however, the staff member on the phone shut me down due to them "being very busy" as I simply asked very politely about the confusion. I myself have epilepsy that makes information a little slower to absord, I was told that if I needed clarity then to go into the store, I felt jilted and like a burden. *This was written on behalf of my relative.

the worst pharmacy. I don't recommend it. with the email from GP that my prescription is at shell pharmacy and with the barcode, they told me that they cannot give me the prescription. I went once, they said they didn't have it. I came back with the barcode, as they don't have it. gp confirming that, with the barcode, I can pick up from any pharmacy. and they lied to me that they are not Shell, there is another pharmacy in Lewisham, some liars, don't send the prescriptions to them.

Live across the road hence my chemist and former worker guy who passed away was Great. But these guys are purely driven by capitalism. Covid came 50% markup on sanitizer, travel clinician was Useless an misinformed, nearly delayed my plans. Then gave me a vial of injection and stated we don't do that. Annoying and no help for the community in which you state a claim. Just pillage and eventually move on.

I had a prescription for 2 medicines and wanted only one but thought that I could have both for the cost of one prescription, so I asked the question to the man in the counter and he told me that each medicine counts as one prescription, which is fine. Although, he was very rude and seemed like I suppose to know that. I think that they should be more informative with the customers.

This used to be my local pharmacy. Always had great service. Ended up here today needing a last minute clinician-observed rapid antigen test for travel due to our destination changing the rules 12 hour before our flight. The staff were super helpful and accommodating, even printing out the results for us. Thank you Sheel Pharmacy :)

Have used for repeat prescriptions for some time and always been a great service. Today I used their travel clinic to get advice on vaccinations. The pharmacist was very helpful, explained all of the options available and took time to understand my specific needs. So glad to have a good, local, friendly pharmacy in the area.

This is why we need more black run pharmacies. I have never felt so cared for. I left here and I was holding in tears . As a black woman my experience with medical professionals is almost always hostile. My experience here was just that of someone wanting to help - god bless you all and may your business prosper.

Who would have thought you could love a pharmacy? With the myriad of big box chain pharmacies having a local one is a blessing. They are always kind and helpful, plus they have this whole zen like spa thing going on with the music and aromas. Genuinely go out of my way to recommend it to people.

Great Independent pharmacy with huge choice of health foods and natural cosmetics. They sell plenty of vegan food, have a big herbal teas, essential oils and superfood powders selection. Perfect for finding food if you’re vegan or have food allergies.

Fast service and friendly staff. The pharmacist seems to genuinely care about patients and remembers details such as my name and which medications I’m on. After a horrendous experience at Boots Lewisham today, I couldn’t recommend enough!

My favourite pharmacy. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, give corrent advice if you need one. Great to have such knowledgeable people locally. Reasonable prices and good range of ecological food and cleaning products.

Absolute time waster…they refused to issue a medication I had a prescription for and insisted that they have to ‘Order’ the medication. But it is available instantly for purchase…fishy business if you ask me.
