I placed my order with them and they not not only delivered wrong sizes and wrong item but also weren't helpful at all kept delaying and then no response whatsoever . People they don't have the material they advertise and send cheap stuff which you get stuck with. I would advise please avoid them at all costs . I am going to appeal to consumer court as I don't know what else to do with them. Utterly disgusting and pathetic. The influencers shouldn't advertise them wrongly as well . So the team reached out to me weeks ago as you can see in the reply from the owner they are claiming to solve the issue at all costs but what an utterly disappointing response when I send them the details of the mess they have created . They are unwilling to refund and are forcing me to either they will send the item of their own choice or if I choose they will charge me extra for it. Sounds like a fashion mafia to me . I don't know why these so called designers cry about support when their customer service is horrendous! I will specially address the international customers as I am one of them fortunately or unfortunately I feel so helpless and robbed by them.

Excellent workmanship , professionalism. My clothes were a little big , Uzair took care of the situation and sent me the right size even before getting the previous ones . The team at Shehrnaz is amazing . Very impressed and very thank ful . Definitely will remain their client for years to come …

I had placed my order on July 24th for a total of $300 it’s been 14 days and they still haven’t shipped my order. On their website it says their delivery time is 7-14 days. Very unprofessional!!!
