Incredibly callous and arrogant attitude by the customer service staff. Turned the lights off to the ENTIRE place when I was still using the windshield wiper after fuelling. Refused to turn on even a single light even just until I Ieft even after I requested her so. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Closes a good 10 minutes before the actual closing time. ps.: hey if you dont want people to enter your bunk, place cones at the entry like normal people - dont turn all the lights out especially when your customers are still at the bunk!

I pulled into Coles Express (Bulleen, Vic) before their closing time on Tuesday 23.05.23. However the attendant shut everything off while I was about to fill my car. I went inside to ask why it had closed and the attendant keep saying its close. There has another 2 cars beside me. No explanation or whatsoever. Very poor customer service. The store should be close at 9pm, NOT 8.45pm

I think his name was vin who was serving but I left the shop physically shacking. He was not only rude but aggressive towards me. He told me he has been in this business for 15 years, you would think he would have learned how to communicate and be polite and respectful to people who come into the store. I guess thats why he is a service station attendant.

Went here for petrol, they had some, that was good. Went in and paid the dude inside, he took my money, great work also. Why would you whinge about your experience at a service station, How bad can it be. Maybe the complainers need to have a look at themselves

Just left this site in disbelief. Beyond poor customer service (Kim) to the point of insult and bothering to write this review. I'm sure it makes no difference to this sites management but will be avoiding this station at all costs in future. Ridiculous.

flybuys offers are great but I wish the non-discounted price of fuel was not consistently ~2c more than just down the road
