I come here frequently (because I have a shell card) but if I didn't have to, I probably wouldn't. The service here has never been great and despite it now being a legal requirement for all newer diesel vehicles (which there are lots of), this servo doesn't stock AdBlue. When I ask (I think I have now asked more than 10 times over the past year) if/when they are getting adblue, the response is either a shrug followed by 'I have no idea what you are talking about' OR 'look on the shelf over there' (pointing to a shelf that doesn't contain AdBlue)..... It is amazing the number of Shell employees who apply the principle of 'don't ask me, I just work here'.

This is more aimed at the Coles click and collect service. We've used it approximately 20 times, and at least half of those times there have been stuff-ups ranging from annoying to outright atrocious (changing pickup location, then giving wrong location twice, then missing items, all in one pickup that added 90mins to commute for a $40 voucher as reparation). We now only use it when we really, really need to, for non-urgent items.

Wow! Stopped here for the first time today. The guy on duty was fabulous - so friendly and genuine. I noted his interaction with other customers in the queue in front of me, and then myself. Amazing what a difference it makes when someone provides genuine real personal interaction. His ID badge says his name is "Sai" - this is a shout out for him ... note to owner of this outlet, don't lose him, he's a gem!

pump 7 leaking!! filled up 12th july and when it clicked i felt it splash and fuel had gone all over my hands! let the cashier know, he didn’t even do anything. safety issue to say the least. am following up with customer support

Went down for an apple cake and the attendant served it to me VIP style- i didn't even have to open the display case

Great place for a quick pit stop. Would be glad if Slurpees are added aswell
