I was really disappointed with the guy last night Mr sheekhar. I used to keep the team discount card on my phone wallet. Everytime i used to use it from phone wallet only. But This guy clearly denied to take my discount card he was asking for real card and he was like we don’t accept from phone wallet. Really disappointing. I won’t be doing second mistake by visiting here again.

Very bad customer service once I bought coffee there was problem with I asked customer attendant and showed him coffee and asked is there any problem with coffee machine he replied coffee is alright there is no problem with machine if you want take or leave it rudely like I was bagging him

I'm very grateful to the lady today that had served me, letting me know to unscrew the antenna from the car before the car wash, as it could damage the rental car and car wash machine. She was very polite and the store was clean.

Good place to stop and get some food or coffee. Convenient location. This place often gets a lot of traffic from college students and kids from the skate park, so it can be busy during peak times.

we got there at 1:01 am and we pressed the door bell and they wouldn’t let us in! even though they said they were open 24 hours. we had to walk to mcdonald’s instead and i didn’t get my monster.

Probably the worse coles express around. Even one star is too much for them. 9 Out of 10 times they keep their coffee machine out of order to increase hungry jacks sale.pathetic!!

Love the Coles brand products I'm on a pension high quality, mostly Australian content, at half the price of the commercial brands, same taste,same quality, same star ratings

The customer service at this Hungry Jacks is just terrible. They have very poor customer service skills. Not to mention the chicken in the burger was not properly cooked.

Indian lady staff she doesn’t know how to behave to costomer ...bad costomer service she is working at night......

Worst express every time their coffee machine not working or they put on cleaning for 8 hours in nights

Perhaps the old lady working may need some support.. Saturday seems to have overwhelmed her

The fuel here is a rip off & their frozen coke was hit by global warming as it had melted.
