Not good. Super bad service, only one staff member serving in busy times! And to top it off, don't trust the food. A southern style chicken wrap that spent a total of about 10 hrs inside me before all aspects of internal combustion known to man started, If the residents of Parramatta wondered why a humpty dumpty style character was hanging by his bed sheets over the veranda of the 35th floor of the Meriton, then that was me. I was crippled for about 3 days with severe food poisoning! Please avoid for your own and others safety.

If I could give negative stars I would. They service is exceptionally poorly shocking. Aldrez was very unhelpful. When the pump didn’t work for me 4 times, I went inside to ask me check it out. I was stranded with no patrol late at night. He told me to try once again before I he would come out to help. Yet again, it did not work. Did not come out to help and was very rude the entire time. Do not recommend. Get petrol elsewhere so many other places with much nicer helpful staff

Worst staff behaviour. I just filled my car with fuel now at coles express norwest bella vista . The lady working there neither she greeted nor she said a word during the time i was inside the store at the counter to make payment. Instead she made weird faces and was uoset that she had to get up. Never coming back to this fuel station ever again. Worst customer service.

The petrol is always 20 cents per litre more expensive than the other surrounding petrol stations. Don't buy petrol from this store.

Your standard coles express. Has enough fuel pumps. Not busy in the morning.
