Went there to get cash out and bought some product to support ‘local business’…well I won’t be tricked there again. Wouldn’t even give these people a star…Bought a sandwich and 2 Gatorades just literally to get some cash out rather than go to the bank, I’ll support a small biz. Well you can’t get more than $50. Okay fine, felt bad because I had already grabbed things off the shelves. Bought them anyway and was charged the $13.50 as attached. Then I decided I’ll use the ATM and cop the atm fee, whatever. Did that and took my $100 out, I actually only needed $75 to pay my cleaner. So I just asked the attendant if I could please swap $50 for 2 x $20 and 2 x $5….he just looked at me and shook his head. I’m 38 weeks pregnant by the way, went to the bother of coming to their business to help them out instead of using a free ATM or Bank. So I thought, that’s it. If you Can’t be nice for one customer who just spent in your store for no reason, you don’t deserve my business. Decided I want my money back and they can take the drinks and sandwich I’ve had them in my hand less than 5 minutes. Got home and he short change refunded me and only processed $11.30!! It’s not a was of cash but seriously this was the last straw so here I am to warn other pregnant or not ladies that you will be taken advantage of in there!! AVOID LADIES!! Obviously a very bitter shop attendant and has a problem of some description, also sending Coles a formal complaint about fraudulent refunds! Unbelievable how I was treated honestly so unfriendly and not a community minded business.

Total mess around. Attendant charged me for the wrong pump despite me giving her the pump number 7 I was charged for number 8. When I realised that I had been charged $70 instead of the $40 I had put in my car, I went back in and it was a big drama trying to fix it. I was told the $70 would be refunded and that I just had to make $40 payment for my petrol. It has been 3 days and still no sign of the refund yet and instead of being out of pocket $40 I am out of pocket $110. I called the station today and they advised it takes 48hours for a refund to process - no one advised me of this at the time and it has now been 72 hours with no refund and no apology. What should have been an easy 5 minute process ended up being a total pain for 3 days and maybe longer!

If I can give NO star ! I must ! There’s no customer service here, Do not expect you get more than JUST the fuel ! Not allowing customer to use their toilet even tho knowing customer gonna drive a long way on Pacific Highway. Not helpful regarding on pricing and promotions! Unfriendly blunt conversation with the worker (CHxxxx) can make your day miserable !

Great customer service. Had a bad predicament with a food poisoned partner, who made a vomit mess. Rushed in for help and lady behind the counter gave me cleaning wipes to help. Also very glad they sell ajax spray and wipe.

Should be NO or Negative Star rating. The worst shell in Australia. Bad attitude and service. The Unleaded petrol price showed in the billboard is misleading and cheating. Air pump does not work.

It's a Cole's. Not much else to say on it. Everything you would expect. Could have a bit more in the international section.

As good as any petrol station if you need it. You can only get to it traveling northbound.

Average Shell that's it. Prices are on the cheaper side at this side of town.
