So I have mixed feelings about this servo. There is a cpl of workers who are very nice and keep the place clean then there is others that when they are working the place is dirty and not properly stocked. The thing that really bothersome tho is when I go to pay and I'm made to feel like I'm 'bothering' the cashier because they have airpods in and are having a conversation with someone whilst I'm trying to get served and if I have to ask a question or anything they give you a look of been annoyed and ask me to repeat myself because they obviously couldn't hear me as they were too busy with their conversation. I've just come in again today and again cashier have way through a conversation when serving me but this time I decided to say something and let her know that it's rude to serve someone whilst one the phone and she replied with "it's the boss" now not sure if that was true but if it was than that's even worse. What is so important that your worker needs to have you in their ear whilst serving customer after customer.. Customer service these days is terrible.

What do you do when a loyal customers car dies while getting patrol from your store? Commonsense is to help especially if it's a mom with 2 babies in 37 degree blazing heat. unfortunately This oppressive place offered me no help. This racist guy whose staff there just took one look at me and told the clerk lady not to help me...I really feel sorry him so much hate in him..Coles express you have lost a customer n I will make sure those I know don't come near you... after 35, minutes my babies suffering in the hot car n no help, the Kmart mechanic staff came to my rescue. I am truellyy grateful Kmart is there....thank you, there are still good people with hearts.....Coles express shame on you for hiring racist yahud.

Inconsistent prepay rules. I came to this petrol station despite the higher than usual prices previously because they didn't do any of that pre pay nonsense. Now they make up rules as they go half way through filling up

The air hose has not been fixed for ages. Been there 2 times to pump up my tyres and it just turned out a waste of time.
