Very clean Shell petrol station with friendly staff and everything you need to be refreshed for your journey onwards. There is a Costa machine in this petrol station and it tastes very good and I suspect this is because the machine is cleaned out and maintained properly. Next to the station there is a wonderful old stone bridge over the river. Plenty of room on the forecourt for fuel and parking for the store.

Absolutely worst experience ever, came in 5 before close to grab 1 redbull, and for 5 minutes straight the male at the counter kept saying “can’t serve after 10” even though I explained to him it wasn’t 10 yet, he just kept repeating the words until it was 10…

Good clean fuel station, but needs to be expanded into a decent shop and off licence to serve Pool and Bramhope - loads of potential business on this busy commuter route! You have the space...you have the location...lets do this thing!

Came by the petrol station to fuel up and was served by a respectful girl called by the name haleema. Her customer service skills were excellent and i appreciated the welcome she give and was satisfied with the service given

Don't use if you want to use the money off your shell account as it doesn't work there. Tried it twice over two weekends, it confirmed the transactions though on my app

Good fuel and range of coffee and snacks. Only few distributors available and it's off the busy road so sometimes gets very busy.

If you say on Google you close at 10 the don't lock up everything and close at 9:45. Stay open until the time you advertise.

Always over priced, no idea why folks don't go elsewhere when it's always 15p at least more than everywhere else.

Diesel price is highest in area by roughly 20p a litre more than the supermarket fuels in Harrogate.

Please can someone make sure toilets are check and clean. There is no toilet paper or soap.
