There are many more pumps in nearby area which are providing good service and good quality fuel. The pump is always very much crowded and long queue is there whenever you visit it. Waiting time is more. Edit 1: Recently visited the petrol pump for oil change in my two wheeler. As always selling anything at sky touching price and then justifying it by quality as if they are the only one in the universe who are honest and sell quality product. The starting price of oil is Rs. 387 and it goes upto Rs. 600. When there are smaller oil bottles are available for scooter of 800ml as it is enough, they don't have a smaller one. They offer me a free water bottle of Bilseri with oil. When I argued that please deduct the price of water bottle as I don't need it, they said no it can't be done. I asked to give some other item of same or less price, but they denied. And BTW who puts engine oil besides edible items in an AC chamber? When I was done with oil change, the bottle was left with almost 300 ml oil in it. And now I have to save it for later and get oil changed two more times from here to utilize the extra oil. Please avoid the place. Visit nearby petrol pumps. It worths it.

Bad experience. Inadequately staffed, badly managed. This is the nearest petrol pump to my place. I rarely go here. There is always a long queue, that moves very slow. They have pumps not manned. They have excess pumps, which dispense only shell V-power, which hardly anybody wants. these pumps are rarely used. no line at all. many a times people accidentally get into this line, or out or lack of time (hurry they are in) line up and fuel up, to realize they have paid significantly higher. I call this extortion. They hardly have the swiping machines at the fuel pump. Never have I been able to pay smoothly. They will make you park your vehicle on the side, walk into the office to access the machine and make the payment. some customer service. This one is less than a km form my place. the other petrol pump is over 2 kms from my place. the time it takes me to go to the other pump, refuel and get back home, I'd still be waiting for my turn at this one, to be trated to a pathetic experience. I always fill my tank from Shell. Today I had worst experience. Somehow my axis card didn't work on their POS and it was showing System Malfunction. When I asked guy , Rahil , to swipe again. He told to other guy, we should stop card swiping , so these kind of customer will stop coming. I gave him my other card and went to Manager, Sanjay Pandit, for feedback form. Here is worst part, he started shouting and trying to prove his point. I said, sometime POS doesn't work on your station and I had experience. So instead, he said if you have so much problem, we are not asking you to come here. I have already give my feedback and have decided not to visit this pump anymore even though it's cleaned and having good petrol. Big no for next time

In rush hours when people have to reach their work on time and when there is a long queue, they fill V Power petrol. They don't ask customer before doing it. Only small red board shows on the side and have written on it that, "saperate line only for the shell V Power customers". However it is true that most of the customer even don't focus that what was written there (Generally it happens in rush hours when there was a long queue) either having lack of time or as a result of mass behaviour. But atleast they must have to inform all the customer before filling the fuel that having a cost of around 10% higher compare to unleaded petrol. Dear Shell, please do not take the advantage of the situation.

Great service with great approach with Indian tradition welcome as "Namaste" and with polite way too. They do have all payment options as Cards,digital wallet and cash as well. Right now I'm here to inform all of you that they do have some repairing going on from few days and they are closed temporarily for some days and here are some pictures to prove that they have cordon the entrance and exit as well and they have applied notice too. So just don't come to visit here till next update and they do have provided their number as well so before you come kindly get update by calling them. Be safe and stay healthy.

I have once been duped at this petrol pump.  I asked the person attending to fill 1000 rs petrol.. he filled around 250 and stopped.. he said some error in the machine.. next a boy came saying there is an offer of free magazines.. while I was looking at him the person at the pump started the meter without telling me and stopped at 750 rs.. saying 250 he already gave before.. later I realized that I didnt get the amount of petrol I should have got.. and got only 750 worth of petrol. Never visited the Pump again and advised others to avoid too.

It is difficult to access this fuel station. Results into road blocks and accidents on a daily basis. The staff is ever-exhausted as always. They always try to sell you the unwanted costly automobile cleaning liquids, coolants and oils. No government cashback at Shell pumps. The cost of fuel is more as compared to other fuel stations. Very long wait time when doing card payments. Only thing worth praising is the in-house convenient store and clean toilets. They always figure out lousy schemes.

It was closed for renovation reason and now it's open and looks like brand new petrol pump. Staff here are friendly and don't start pouring petrol or diesel without informing you. There is in house store to get some snacks for road trip here and also washroom and toilet available for public. They have facilities to buy helmet, bike and car cleaning stuff too. They also provide free oil checkup and replacement for Car and bike. They have air pump to provide free air filling and pressure check.

very bad experinece Every customer felt .There was a counter for filling over 300 rs and V-power customer but You had closed that which harrese the customer and make helpless to stand up for along time in que which i felt today.. we pay then you give petrol we dont want it in free but respect the customer who come for over 300 rs fuel st least they dont have to wait in general line...

Better service expected from an international brand. They are just pushing for accessories and focussed on upselling than on providing a good experience to the customer. Most of the time the air filling station is out of order or there is such a heavy rush that one has to go to some other place to get the tyre pressure checked. I am thinking of changing to a better pump.

The coolant in your car may be reported as water and replaced at this pump. So the coolant test is something you can avoid. The curve to turn your car to park in front of the air pump may cause an internal traffic snarl. So careful. Scooters and bikes can zoom by. Polite attendants. Seems it is not maintaining a gender balance in staff. Rest is good to go.

I've been mostly in and out of here without any eventful visits. It's very convenient gas station for people on their way to the SG Highway via Prahaladnagar. Their tire pressure check follow the policy of 2:1 (1 car every 2 bikes). It is generally crowded during peak hours. The staff is good.

Have a board 24 hrs open and they close the pump before normal schedule time for change over (23:30-00:00 hrs). They close it at 23:15 hrs and if u ask them they say nahi hai toh nahi... Baad me aana... Rude staff in nights .. no proper details mentioned for any enquiry.

Very Casual Approach of the management n staff... (something not expected from Shell). They don't mind long queue for regular fuel (though expensive from the market) just to sell even more expensive so called premium fuel..!!

I had sent my office boy to fill petrol in my Honda Activa. Premium grade petrol was filled without he even being asked what he required. Request you to think up of some better way to CHEATING AND ROBBING your customers...

Although the service is good at this pump, it is costlier than other pumps, may be because it is a foreign company pump. Also there is always a long queue at this pump which can be exhaustive sometimes.

Cooperative staff, clean station with small market place for packet food and ice-cream. No minimum amount for card payment. They usually keep the station close for daily mentaince from 6am-7am.

Diesel ⛽ chori today we visited there filled 2000 rs diesel but the petrol meter shows 440 km which is less becuz frm other petrol pump it's always cross 740 km in rs 2000
