Heavy downpour today and I wish to get a quick use of toilet in urgent. Your staff named Wong come to me and insist me remove my car if i m not pumped petrol. Very dissappointed by this kind a customer service to your client. I got no choice but move my car to the next petrol station and there the staff willing to let us park in pumped station a short while since it is very heavy rain. Shell, I m sorry but will never pumped a single drop of your brand since this is how you train your staff to treat your customer.

The worst Shell fuel station. It rained heavily and the telco reception was slow. I waited for my Boost app to be online to make payment and a Shell worker rudely chased me away and said I can just go if I cannot make payment within 1 minute. There were more than 10 pumps there and only 2 were occupied at that time. The worker told me to go elsewhere as this station only likes CASH NOTES. This is ridiculous and infuriating.

Service at counter can be slow in the morning during rush hours. Pay by cash is faster unless you want pay by credit or debit card at the petrol pump. I had a normal (good) customer experience here as I would in any other petrol stations.

The outside counter is really anti-short people... i’m 150cm and i need to tiptoe
