Like the wide open layout - no stress of people waiting on you to pump. Which allowed me some time to browse. The convenience shop is smallish but still manages a Maybank atm and their signature pastries, their shell branded umbrellas and towels - and haagen daz ice cream and even alcoholic beverages - amongst other items sold. The store keeper informed both forecourt and store are open 24 hours - after 11pm however, you can't walk into the store. You can request for it from the outside and the store keeper will grab it and bring it over to the counter for you. That's kind of cool.

Euro 5 diesel is available here. BHP is better, can I can feel between these two on my truck. Their petrol is not bad as well and gives good mileage, but not as smooth feeling as Caltex or Petronas. Pay cash here if you can, as I don't fully trust the card readers here - cards have been cloned in this station in the past. The area is also not very good and safe, so be careful of snatch thefts and general theft here. Station is too old school and cramped for my liking, and I feel better filling up Euro 5 diesel at the BHP along the LDP near SS2 and Atria.

Sorry nothing to do with shell but the car wash. It's the worst ever because the boss asked me to wax and just said RM25. I asked if it's include vacuum, he said yes! However they did not vacuum my car! At the end i check, there is no wax! When i asked him back his staff said it's only interior wax! the boss never mention at the first place!!!!!! Don't even see the wax inside my interior car!! Please don't waste money to come here. This is the worst in my life since I'm born until now. The owner is worst than a scammer.

Reasonable service and it seems the credit card facility requires the driver to go into the Shell outlet to charge the fuel bill. A tiresome chore for many as in most stations their credit card facilities are working superbly. Maybe it's a business tactic to get the drivers in to make them buy some things from the counter. On the whole, a somewhat reasonable station without special facilities.

The worst customer service ever experienced. Refused to rectify their very own staff mistake, unhelpful and treated customer rudely. The staff acted like she's the boss, the boss and person in charge refused to address the problem by being unreasonable, incommunicable, awful attitudes and raised voice to customer. Shame on them for running business like some uncivilized human beings.

The staff never flow SOP.. He never wear masks properly. I ask him to wear masks properly for my safety. But the Bangladeshi ask me s it your problems. he never respect me as a customer. I hope the management will take action soon. I will make a report to KKM also. The staff are very rude don't now how respect the customer. I hope the management will educate them

I would like to compliment the staff of the SS3 shell station car wash on continuous quality wash and vacuum . The employees treat their customers as friends and it’s a very pleasant weekly experience for me . Kudos and keep up the excellent service . My car is always squeaky clean inside and out

The worst car wash. Engine wash but just simply wash, still have engine oil at engine ..recommend use chemical wash but after wash still have water mark(white car)..after wash leaf still keep .. and charge rm30

The cashier name Mofaz very bad the service machine direct say offline They also don’t tell customers that they can pay in cash or just walk away.how to training staff?

Their car wash service is excellent. My car was thoroughly washed and vacuum. The staff are polite and helpful. Recommended for its service and price.

The station and pumps are clean and the convenience store has lots of stuff to buy and also atm machines. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Situated in a housing area cum shop lots with easy access from the LDP highway for those looking for Shell Petrol station.
