When I went through it did not work properly and shot me through without cleaning my car. I assumed if I went in and talked to the staff they would let me go through again, because it clearly did not operate correctly. Instead the guy working berated me in front of the other customers, called me a liar, refused to look at the video tape of what happened or my car that had visibly not been washed, and refused to let me go through again. He finally gave me my money back, which is not what I wanted at all. I just wanted a car wash, but it was one of the most disgusting bouts of customer service I've ever experienced.

My car broke down at this POS shell gas station and i had asked other ppl there if they could give me a battery jump and it worked for a min bit then my car just shut off again so it was an alternator so just when ppl where trying help me the a**hole came out and told me to move my car or hes calling the cops and filing charges against me for trespassing. I ask him his name and phone number so I can write a report about him AMD he called me a wetback AMD threaten to grab me by my hair and throw me into the highway. And btw he is from the middle east so whose he to be a racist person right?

Stood at the counter by myself for 5 minutes trying to pay for gas and there was no attendant. So I looked around the store and found him at the nacho bar slowly applying cheese to his plate of nachos. After another 3 minutes of nacho manipulation he finally started to mosey over to the counter while shoveling hand fulls in to his mouth. I ended up being late to work that day cause I didn't account for this guys snack break when leaving the house.

Car Wash robbery. F%#k this place. The car wash was open and I paid at 6:15am. The screen said it was in use (not true). When I went in to request a refund, the angry cashier told me “the guy” was coming at 7am and he would refund me. When I explained I couldnt stay until 45 minutes, he walked away and kept repeating, “next customer.” Awful service. Put a sign or cone on the car was if it is not in use.

Don't use the car wash. It's horrible. And the attendant won't help, so don't bother. I told him the car wash didn't rinse the soap or even wipe. He says it's the clear coat... Yeah, ok, that's why there's dirt and soap bubbles on my car still... Because of the clear coat. I wasn't in the mood to argue so I just left.

The air pump does not work and will take your quarters. When I brought this to the attention of the attendant I was told “that is another company, I do not know.” This was terrible service and if I can avoid this station I will never give them my business again.

I fueled up with gas there when they were closed, and I only put less than 30 dollars in my tank. Did not take a receipt. The next day I Check my bank account and they charged me $99... Avoid this dump at all costs.

First time stopping at this Shell, I was in a desperate need of a car wash and this was the closest, I think it worked really good compared to other automatic car washes I've used and my car looked very nice after.

Very bad service with a decaying station that needs to be overhauled or torn down. Pumps are in a bad shape with cracks in the fuel hoses. Staff is at best slow and apathetic and at worst rude and stuck up.

So much for 24/7 I pay inside of my card. As per the skimmers. Tyrone doors are locked nobody's home at least have the decency to turn the lights off at the pumps and remove the 24-hour signage

The most unfortunate casualties in this gas hike will be the oil owners children. The only thing left open, their money won't cover. Hell if it did Americans won't care.

This place is horrible. Debit card got skimmed and now I’m having to report fraud and order a new card. Never go here or else your card might get hacked like mine did.

Slowest gas pump in Austin! If you’re in a hurry and need to fill up don’t come here- you’ll be waiting 20+ minutes at the pump for the gas to trickle into your tank

Don't go at 4 am, if you try using the Fuel rewards program, you will be cussed out, kicked off the property, and threatened with having the police called on you.

Unfortunately this is on a location there's a lot of homeless people roaming around so it can make it a little aggravating getting gas

Loved this stop, the literally have everything. Very neat and tidy. Good food options if you’re in a rush or doing a quick stop.

I filled my 14 gallong tank there and the pump charged me for 18 1/2 gallons. The attendant inside said, "report it".

No beverage is cold. When you open coolers all you get is warm air. Pumps are faulty. Id only use if emergency.
