TERRIBLE SERVICE SERIOUSLY!! I GO SHELL ALMOST 5 DAYS PER WEEK AS I WORK CLOSE BY. I CAME OUT OF WORK WITH A FLAT TIRE, REALLY LOW. I STOPPED AT SHELL RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO GET AIR FOR TIRE. WENT INSIDE ASKED TO CHANGE MY DOLLAR FOR 4 QUARTERS, BUY TOLD SORRY NO QUARTERS.. HOLD ON THIS REALLY BAD SERVICE AS THIS IS SHELL'S AIR MACHINE IM ATTEMPT TO USE NOT ANYONE ELSE'S BUT SHELL GAS STATION AIR MACHINE. TALK ABOUT TERRIBLE SERVICE. BIG TURN OFF I REFUSE TO RETURN. SO HAD TO SIT FOR OVER HOUR WAITING FOR A FRIEND TO COME CHANGE TIRE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS SHELLS AIR MACHINE. BET IF I WAS INDIAN I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED QUARTERS... RIDICULOUS AND UPSETTING.

Bathroom was nasty. I told the cashier and he did not seem to care that it was totally trashed. Urine on floor and what looked like blood and boogers all over the sink and mirror. The cashier was not even thankful just muttered some broken englsh about he has nothing to do with bathroom and someone cleans it in the morning. I was going to purchase something un till I heard him getting smart with a young lady that came inside and asked him a question. At that point I was done and would not ever spend a dime here.

Do not get your car washed here!! You’re better off letting the rain wash it for you. It will spray the sides but you’ll have a streak of fury right down the center. That is if you can get the receipt considering the pumps are usually out of paper. And if you’re going at night there’s a good chance that the gas station attendant is playing around in the back somewhere with the doors locked. Never use this place again!!

Convenient but sometimes the little short one with the dyed hair has a poor attitude. I've noticed the HUGE difference of customer service when it comes to white people compared to blacks but that's most places..not surprising this same store has criminal issues. Can't be condescending to people and think they won't try to rob you..just saying

Worst gas station I’ve ever visited! There’s water falling from the lights right at the fuel pump where you’ll be drenched even if you are under the roof! None of the pumps accepted my card while I was able to buy with the same card at the next station! Visit here to buy anything else other than fuel..

Stopped here for gas late one night. It's well-lit, w/vlean interior that's well ventilated. Attendant (African-American man) was very cordial. Felt safe and appreciated as a customer. Sorry others had problems when visited. Businesses suffer unnecessarily when try to take advantage of people.

The bathroom was the nastiest thing I've ever experienced. Women's was out of order and saying the men's had pee all over the toilet seat is an understatement... toilet paper rolls were on the floor, no paper towels.. literally couldn't use this bathroom.

Had to use a second pump because the first said my card was invalid. Very sketchy place. Got some items inside and the prices didn’t match. The guy also had me press the items to the glass and didn’t say a word. Worst shell I’ve seen

I’ll walk before I stop at this location again. MOHD/ James WAS THE WORST… and I do mean the worst person I’ve ever come into contact with. Too busy making jokes, and can’t remember what I asked for

I had to go to a third pump. First one, screen was blank, second would fuel for two seconds than it would stop. Worst gas station visit in recent memory.

Don't get gas here!!! They put a hold on my account! Still haven't received my money! Cashiers confused and don't know what's going on. Never again!

Horrible experience put a hold on account for only 8 dollars of gas. I'll never get gas here again after this major unethical experience
