I am a loyal shell customer and I am a Novice contributor of Google for reviews. It has been a while since I wrote a review but this one has to be written. The day I went in I was getting gas for my car. I bought a car wash for my car but I was unable to wash my car. I got my receipt and I drove over to the car wash to wash my car but it was broken. When I went into the rep she told me the car wash was just fixed and it should be working. I explained to her I just went through the wash but it did not work. She offered a free car wash. At that point I only wanted my money back. I did not want to attempt to go back through the wash. At that moment the man that fixed the car wash previously went back out to check it. Upon my money being returned she gave me a free car wash within 10 days. I went back 5 days later to wash my car with my free car wash and once again the car wash was broken. I do not know what the issue is however the car wash works sometimes not all the time. So be cautious when you decide to use the car wash.

It's been months now they have free NON WORKING Vacuums which makes it look attractive to go and use their gas station but when you go to use their Vacuums their not working its a waste of corporate electric bill because because the high powerful vacuum motors are Running all day and night making a lot of noise and they are not fixed. I go there just to use the vacuum and get my gasoline over there because they have the free vacuum but now that they don't have the free vacuum I just go anywhere else. The managers just don't care they make no effort to properly fix the vacuums I complained at least 4 times already.

Rude lady sold me a car wash that they then closed. I waited a 1/2 hour for the mechanic to fix it. He was still going. Went inside to inquire with them why was I sold a car wash if they knew it was going to be serviced? She was nasty and rude didn’t apologize or refund my money. Told me to leave and come back at 6:00 am to speak with her boss. She’s GARBAGE! She should be FIRED!

Been coming here for about a year. They just instituted a new policy to put your bag by the door. I think it is unreasonable. They are worried about theft I'm sure, but I'm supposed to risk my personal belongings to ease their worries? I'll spend my 5 bucks a day somewhere else. Excellent staff here, but why would I risk my laptop getting stolen while I shop?

Female employee starts mopping the floor in front of the cashier. Mopping past customers didnt say excuse me. Make customer states, you're just gonna mop over us. She told, I have to get it done. I have a life too and the customer is not always right in this store. I rarely go inside and will avoid it moving forward. Plain rude!

Always very clean and well stocked. Nice staff. Well lit area at night. Both diesel and gas offered. Offers a car wash as well. Clean bathrooms!! Good food with awesome snacks I think are from local vendors. The round brownie at check out is addictive!! A must try!!!

Paid for a car wash thinking I could vacuum also.....one vacuum turns on out of six but doesn't have enough suction to actually clean anything up this has been this way for at least 6 months.Waste of my TIME! …

Car wash machine was broken. No signs or anything. The machine did take my money for a “deluxe” car was and just blew hair to my car. I couldn’t stay to get refunded. What a scam.

They have 2 stalls in the bathroom. 1 is always locked. It's cool they have sensor door opening and you can flip a switch if bathroom needs cleaning

People that work here are extremely nice but it's hard to get in and out of because you have to u-turn to turn left so it's a pain in the butt

She'll is never the cheapest gas but the Daily's convenience store has excellent staff and makes great sandwiches to order.

A terrible service I paid 9 dollars for 3 tacos and this is what they gave me and terrible service

Car wash advertises free vacuums however, they never empty them so there's no suction.
