I want to say I have never been accused of stealing! I walked in waited my turn then traded 60 dollars worth of lotto tickets for more. I asked for 70 dollars worth of tickets I laid a 10 dollar bill on the counter and asked the drunk lady if we was square she said yes. This lady and the other lady and the old man was all drunk! I'm not kidding I could smell it on her when she ran out to my truck screaming saying I tried to get over on her! My daughter was in my truck! I had to explain it to her on the ride home! The workers here should be ashamed to treat people like this! It was very embarrassing for me to be stared at by everyone there being accused of stealing then when that drunk old woman realized I did nothing wrong she just walked off with a drunk stare! I will never return. I used to wash my company truck there 1 time a week every week but never again and I also bought food from there and drinks snacks and fuel but never again! The feeling I have in my stomach feels horrible. I still can not believe how I was treated. I am a single parent with a house that I own a respected mechanic with a full time job that I make very good money to be accused of stealing lotto tickets! Oh my goodness I am upset. Stay awafrom. These drunk people. oh and i found out after the fact that the drubk old dude was the owner! I over heard him and that old woman making raciststatementstowars to Spanishdudes buyingcorona and Medelabeer! Thoughyou could talk like that ifront oftme becausei look like a country boy! Jokes on you racist druks! My daughter'smom is Spanish! .

Me and my boyfriend were traveling through Tennessee, we stopped to get gas and drinks and we had our dog with us. We walked in with our dog and an older lady at the counter said very rudely that dogs were not allowed because they have food in there. Which was no big deal but there were no signs saying animals were not allowed plus everywhere else there allowed dogs. So my boyfriend and dog walked out and I heard her talking to another employee rudely about us, so my boyfriend came back in to confront her about how rude she was being and she threatened to call the cops (even though we didn’t do anything illegal) we will definitely never be going back, but the gas station across the street was very nice and didn’t have a problem with our small dog, like most places.

Stopped in to get gas and coffee around 9pm travelling thru with my family. Paid at the pump, went in to use bathroom and rinse out a sippie cup. Went back to the car while my husband went in. The lady at the counter told him I stole a kids cup while her little crew of men were hanging out to the side. Same men parked in the entry door on the sidewalk that you have to walk thru while they and this employee are smoking directly in the doorway....I went back in with the cup, told her she owed me an apology and that she could look at her surveillance. She was rude and off putting and STILL accusing me. Most embarrassing and angering gas station encounter Ive ever had. Will never stop again.

Guy with rebel hat Kept making quirky comments. “Over the limit” “declined” “chip failed” “Declined” I said idk what going on and with out hesitation he grabbed my stuff and slid over so rude rudely and said “I don’t know either” this was all done in front of a group of customers sorry an individual had an issue with there card but if joelton is too be a tourist area don’t have negative employees running the store if they can’t handle shifts he complained to others how he was frustrated with them. Won’t probably ever visit joelton again I’m not a dead beat and for sure won’t be treated as one.

We stayed one night at the Days Inn, almost next door. I walked over to get something to drink. They have several different types of chicken, corn dogs and taters. We were hungry, so I got a couple corndogs and some taters, no they are not fries, we call them tater boats, capt these have a twist. The ladies were really nice and we talked a few minutes about where I'm from and the store hours. I enjoyed meeting both of them. The corndogs were really good, crispy on the outside. My husband said the taters were good too. If I'm ever up this way again, I will stop by for another corndog.

Drunks working this store and a drunk that owns this place. A good friend on mine was accused of stealing I watched her walk out and accused him then once she found out he did nothing wrong she did not even bother apologizing to him yet stumbed almost falling walking back in the store while looking back like she wanted to kill him. I will never shop here again. Stay away from. This place go 1 exit up or down and get cheaper prices with more options!

So here in a town just 17 miles away from Nashville, the year is 2019. No one is wearing a mask. And they take offense to those who do. Guess who was wearing one?... Me. LoL An older lady working the register wouldn't even tell me have a nice day. Did that for everyone else. Nope. It was too late. Not like we spent $80 there or anything. Guess they forget they're working for the public?

That old lady is the rudest person I've ever met. I told her TWICE before she scanned my items I had a rewards card, and she ignored me. I told her AGAIN after she told me the total and she refused to allow me to use it. She wouldn't even cancel the transaction and kept saying no. Needless to say, I left my items on the counter and went to the BP down the road.

This establishment is unkept and not well maintained. The floors are dirty, bathroom not clean. The isles a mess. On positive notes. The ladies running the cash register were nice and friendly. Stop only if you really need a fill up.otherwise stop at another location.

Man that has got to be the most hateful lady I have ever met in my life. She gave my wife a hard time about using the shell fuel rewards app in the store. AtWhy she’s working the register is terrible business decision.

Great Service! the ladies very kind and helpful. Also they have the best pork cracklings! which I couldn't find anywhere else. I wish I could swing by but I was on a road trip and kind of far away from Wisconsin.

The lady working the counter should think about looking for another job because dealing with people is not her strong suit. The other two gas stations have gas and food and will treat you like a human.

Great country fried ham and cheese biscuits, crispy fried chicken. Just right! Expect southern courtesy and expectations. I’m coming back, there’s more to this station than gas!

If you wanna be told that you're IDs fake when all you want is a six pack this is the place to go. Two stars because I've been here before with good customer service.

Very nice station. They always that the best fresh coffee available and have Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The workers are very sweet and nice. Great place to stop.

Zero hygiene and don’t wear masks. Absolutely no consideration for other people by grabbing the brim of my drink to scan.
