The owners are very rude and disrespectful and prejudice. And I believe that they are from india, Pakistan or one of those 3rd world countries. While talking to my room mate describing the items they had cause she was feeling ill, the owner yelled rudely insinuating that I was going to steal from him. Ordering me to the front of the front counter. I'm a 58 yr. Old gentleman who is disabled and I receive a pension from all the years of working. I don't NEED to steal anything. I've got money. Visited the next night and received almost the same treatment by the female owner. Just bad business

I had not been to this gas station in years, since every time I went something didn’t work. Last week my friends filled their tank on their rental there, and surprisingly, nothing has changed. One of the pumps didn’t work, the other was working but the screen was not, and so on. I truly don’t understand why people would choose to go to this gas station being that there are many new and much better ones so close by. Never going back. I want to support places that take care of their equipment and are proud of them, not this hole in the wall.

Worst customer service!!! I went in to purchase some items and paid with a 20 and owner was trying get me to buy more items just because he did not want to give back change on a 20. They are very pushy and rude. I stood in line as I watched him mistreat every customer in line the same. The owner makes you feel like he is doing you a favor because he is selling you something from his store. I will never step in this terrible store again and good luck to anyone who does.

This is the absolute worst station. Nothing ever works here. The pumps are very old and continually jam up, causing issues with your credit card. Yet again their system jammed up AFTER it accepted my card, and you need to go inside to get the attendant to cancel it which is another headache. Sometimes pumps are just completely out of service. There are wasps here constantly. Save yourself the hassle and stay well away from this place.

Nice employees but one man who works there did not have his mask on and allowed some customer to come in store with no mask and scratch lotto tickets and stand in line to purchase more with me and another customer waiting in line. Sorry but COVID is real and now u allowed someone who my be positive to spread in your store including yourself as a employee.

Please give us a phone number! Otherwise, this is a brand new gas station with a nice large convenience store, 2 wonderful touch free or soft touch automatic car washers. Prices appear to be at or a bit lower than other stations in the area. Sign up for the Fuel Rewards program and save even more! I highly recommend this fuel station.

Literally the only gas station within a 10 mile radius where the Primo water dispenser isn’t broken. Trust me, I’ve checked them all. I have to come here at least once a week to fill up 5-6 five gallon water jugs for my business, and it’s always in service. Thank you for whatever you do to keep it that way!

Easily the worst gas station in San Antonio and probably the worst Shell of all time. Half of the pumps are broken and have been for a long time. Management couldn’t care less about fixing or replacing them. Avoid this pathetic gas station like you’re life depends on it.

Watch out with this shell if you drive a turbocharged car. I had a bout with some very very low quality 93oct gas here caused me all sorts of temporary problems. Shell station gasoline is usually very good quality but they must be getting fuel from elsewhere...

About $0.50 less on VPower compared to most local stations. Interesting that only their regular price is posted on g maps. Nice little station with friendly staff.

Super slow gas pump. It took forever before I could actually pump my gas because of the slow response time of the pumps.

I come in everyday for a drink and snack before work and everyone’s super friendly, even if we’re not fully awake yet.

Looks like they spray painted all of their gas pumps including the card readers. At least two pumps not working.

Drinks are always warm, I just go the extra mile to the 7/11 down the road. Nothing as nasty as a warm Red Bull.

I stop here 3 to 5 days a week on the way to work the staff is friendly and always remembers me.

Just tried to stop there, at 5 pm. Two cars in parking lot but doors are locked? Super lame.
