My son had an altercation with one of the petrol attendants on the 12/02/2022. What happened isn't important anymore as I am in disbelief on how the matter was handled by the two managers namely Rolene and Charmaine after I made contact with them. Thank you ladies for for channeling the matter in the right direction which was directly to the owner Brent Isaacs. Thank you Brent for contacting me and meeting with my son to resolve the matter. You clearly run a tight ship and service to your customers is top priority. Well done to Shell Flamingo Square.

One of the worst refueling experiences ever. Not only do they take several minutes to get to you (Even thought there were more of them than customers), they short charge you and when you tell them you are instructed to move to a parking spot so they can first finish servicing the other customers before coming to finish the transaction by swiping your card a second time.

Flamingo Square Shell is a good example of excellent customer service, you find the manager on the floor making sure that people get serviced and even helping pour petrol and checking water, oil even cleaning windscreens. I have never seen something like this, big ups to Brent Isaacs for having such an awesome team.

Only car at the garage waiting to fill fuel and after 10 minutes of waiting I was still not helped. Not the first time this has happened either. I will just keep going back to Engen

Great service, fantastic convenience store and top management team. I’ve been dealing with Brent and the team for a number of years and won’t hesitate to refer business their way.

Terrible people working there this morning wont lift a finger to assist a person in need when they have car trouble blatantly refusing to help someone in need... pathetic

Service time is very slow. Attendants are always confused about order of service. When you are served, the service is OK.

Best service in town, staff are amazing. Managers are visible and help out when the forecourt is busy.

I always receive excellent and friendly service from the attendants. Keep up the good work.
