People just like to complain, iv'e always had great service from this Shell ,the Staff have always been friendly to me and my family, i never write reviews but happened to stumble on this particular site,. There shouldn't even be a platform for these people to complain.

The manager pumps the car’s fuel before me. He lets the driver park at the pump. The next pump is out of order. I ended up spending 30mins at this garage trying to get fuel. When approaching the manager he tells me it’s shift change and he will speak to me later.

Baddest service I got from this garage serving other clients whilst I got there first and they tell I should tell if I wanted fuel wen other customers were coming and they attend to them without them telling that they need petrol I will never step my foot there.

During renovations only 1 petrol attendent who was running between cars giving service. No warning beforehand that I have to go pay inside, nor that other cards for points e.g. smart shopper, discovery, won't work and there I am filling my tank.

Manageress and owner would not help us when my daughter, a new driver had run out of petrol and was very scared, he was worried we would steal his container and they would not let us use our own, tried to sell us one! Manageress was sulky

Last night after finishing off late shift I requested the petrol attendent to throw in R100 green petrol, I went into the shop to buy a drink then after returning to my car and driving off the car started jerking. Fast forward to the next

A fill up with low sulphuric diesel and requested an oil check today. I paid inside and handed my discovery fuel insure card. After taking payment the assistant said she could not process the points card and I must see the fuel attendant

Wasn't impressed the last two times I was there. Very slow. Plus when I asked for 50ppm diesel the attendant started putting in 500ppm! Would've been furious if I didn't notice. Only scores two stars cos of the shop.

I was at your garage to put fuel in my vehicle this morning at around 10:40. Other vehicles came in after me and were served and I had to wait with no service offered. Your forecourt service is pathetically slow.

Thanks to Ayanda for his random act of kindness when we forgot our petrol card at home and only discovered it after he put fuel in our car. He trusted us to go and fetch it and then pay. Thank you! Ayanda.

The last few times at Shell I've had super service from the petrol attendants. Whether just pumping a tyre or filling up I've been given royal treatment!!

Some of the rudest petrol attendants I have ever had to deal with on multiple occasions. The owner really needs to teach his staff some manners.

I don’t want to be told to pay R2.00 when I want to use the toilet facility when I’ve just spent R800.00 on Diesel at your garage.

Do not too up fuel there!!! We had on 2 business cars 3 times water in the diesel after we fuel up at that garage.
