Unfortunately cant give negative stars, this store is not even worth for one star. They should consider who they hire specifically the guy named Ahmed. He doesn't know how to talk with customers and uses bad words and abuses people. The owner should fire him. Literally the worst employee I have ever seen.

Went in for a carwash and price seemed steep for quality of wash. Left a lot of road grime behind, I expect a bit but it was excessive . Also the drying system could be much better. I use MJs clean in stoney creek and it's cheaper, does a much better job and is touchless.

Shell is by far the best gas station. The only other gas station that compares is Esso, so let’s compare. Shell has an awesome Airmiles Program for a points system and Esso just recently changed from the awful Aeroplan Points to Optimum

Clean gas station, came here for the ATM they have listed (and on the sign) but there is no BMO ATM here, should probably take the sign down and update Google as Google maps will bring you here for the atm service.

Always one of the most expensive gas stations in Burlington. Horrible cashier, so rude, and can barely understand him, especially when he’s yelling at you through his little speaker.

Called 25 minutes before close to ask if they had an ATM and the worker said he’s closing in 5 minutes so don’t go there. Absolutely ridiculous. You don’t close 25 minutes early.

They wouldn’t honour the air miles deal. Completely horrible customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid this “dumpster fire” of a gas station!

Went for a car wash and cashier scammed me, charged me more for a basic wash, eventhough the price for was on a board behind him.

Only gas station I ever had a bad experience at. But that was only one time so not a big deal.

washroom is only for customer use . they can’t let any other person to use the washroom
