"This is one of the worst experience I have ever had at the shell service station Runcorn I was looking for my fly-bys card couldn't find it straight away so I said to the console operator name by John please serve this lady so when I manage to find it everything was all good I I scan my fly-bys and I have a go via account so I save myself an extra four cents a litre off his attitude was unprofessional shell service station you need to contacts this person and train about some customer skills as we pay his wages I think one star was too generous where it should've been in the negative"

The phone number is invalid. I could not ring up to check so I drove all the way out to the Shell to get a car wash and it was closed. I reported it a month ago and on the Shell site and the wrong number is still there. Also reported here on google. The wrong number is still there. The one star is also for google.
Coffee here tastes terrible ended up straight away in the rubbish bin. Either she doesn't bother to clean the coffee machine at all or possibly reused (waste)coffee beans grounds. Rating should start at zero (not 1 star) for "customer service".

Very rude lady as cashier this morning. Almost squished my wife’s foot with a bag of ice. Never apologised. Totally unlike friendly lady normally there.
Console operator this morning was rude with no customer skills seems like the old lady doesn't like to serve asians.
