Awful! Staff were incompetent and clueless. I asked where I could check the pressure and inflate the tyres on my car. ‘The hose is broken.’ ‘Don’t you keep a spare one?’ I asked. Shrug. ‘There’s a 7Eleven next door!’ So much for Shell. Never going back.

night shift staff just has no idea what he was doing, parked in a bay and told me "you have to move to another bay" as he activated the opposite bay, then i have to make few turns in such tight space, after all, the right bay is running out

This location does NOT accept Coles Flybuys fuel vouchers. There is no sign suggesting this. If you wish to utilise your Coles fuel vouchers, go elsewhere.

Wow how can I pay before I fill my car . It was overwhelming when I pulled up and I was told - after 8.00 pm I had to prepay .

Out of the 14 times, all times they were not opened around 6:10am ish when advertised that they open at 6am.
