March 11, 2022 - Went through the Car Wash..no direction to 10" wide channel that driver's side tires are supposed to be located, no mirrors, no sensors, no automatic shut-off. This Car Wash pulled my car 'sideways' through the wash. No way to go forward, no way to go backwards, no way to stop. As a result, the brush roller mechanism on passenger side damaged my front door, back door and rear quarter panel to the tune of $9000!! Shell's Insurance (Crawford and Company) has denied any responsibility saying 'Use Car Wash at own risk'. Other Car Washes has a sign that says 'Back up', 'Stop', 'Go forward', etc..not this one..use at your own risk. This is a classic case of big company with lots of money digging their heels in. The Shell employees were very helpful. Crawford and Company were very NOT helpful. Remember..USE AT YOUR OWN RISK..and don't think that Shell's Insurance has your back..only interested in bottom line not their consumers.

Can you please take some pride in this gas station? I have started coming here the past few months and every single squeegee here is completely destroyed and scratches the windows when trying to use as the foam is all ripped off. The water for these is also always black and clearly hasn’t been changed for days. Please buy new squeegees and replace the water on a regular basis, thank you.

Indian lady was attitude to other guy also she is not friendly to me when I ask her for receipt and let her know that I can’t hear cuz I am deaf. She is very rude and bad attitude. I am complain report to Shell company about her. She have to respect for other peoples and be nice to everyone.

I drive by this place every morning and they are always 10 to 13 cents more than the Coop a block away. They want to take advantage of people on their early morning commute. They lower their price later in the day to be competitive, but always higher in the morning.

I just bought a Mr. Big candy bar at the gas station store, when I got home I noticed that somebody meticulously opened one end (wrapper was not ripped, just separated at the end where it's glued together) took a bite and put it back. Gross.

I got a refrigerated burrito from here. Red Hot Bean and Beef of course. I was covered in green mold when I opened it, so I promptly threw it on the ground! %@$ing *$#hit! Gas price is never good either.

Went at 8:30 and no was was there and it wasn’t open and I waited for 20 minutes in the cold. I also tried knocking and calling still nothing! so idk if you actually stay open till 11

The washroom very very discussing....the cashier lady not very accommodating.... I wonder what would happen should the "health inspector" suddenly stop in unexpectedly....hmmmmm!!!

If I can rate zero going this station I would. Very rude cashier/attendant today! Lady asked how many more minutes that I would stay because she will locked the door!

Amazing gas station. I really enjoy stopping here for gas. Maybe if some people learned anger management they wouldn’t be so mad …
