Worst experience. The rudest cashier I've seen at a gas station, makes you wonder why people work in customer service industry if they dont like people. I just politely asked if the bus starts from their station and he acted like I asked him if he was a virgin and this is after I already bought stuff from him. Just pathetic.

This is the worst and most rude Shell station I have even been to. The lady working the register during the weekdays needs an attitude adjustment. She is a miserable person and takes all of her personal issues out on customers. I am closing my Shell account because of this station.

Worst gas station and staff. They have a Flex bus stop but they don't allow the public to use their restrooms. Always have a sign on the restroom that it's out of order. Timewise and Shell should check their gas stations and Flex Bus should change their spot.

Card was declined at pump, along with several other peoples. When we went inside to pay, the store card reader declined the cards as well. No one could purchase anything inside or pay for gas. Clerk was unhelpful. Not great when we are nearly out.

I had a $25 Shell gift card with the receipt that said the card had already been activated. Yet, when I ran it at the pump, it told me to take it to the cashier FIRST. So I did and the was told by the very rude woman behind the register

Walked in to get cigarettes I ask the price for 3 packs of cigarettes and as I handed the money to him and as he's grabbing it from my hand he says he doesn't have time to deal with me and I say immediately give me my money back I'll go

Today is 05/11/2023 I stopped to buy a drink at a Shell station and at the cashier Ruben refused to sell me because there was not enough money changer. He behaved badly with me. I don't understand how there are employees that bad.

There are never any employees at the counter after 12. I had to call the store phone in order for the girl to come out of the back room. Who knows what she was doing instead of helping the costumers. 1 out of 5

They do not let you enter the bathroom so you do not have to clean it, bad customer service, the attitude of the dependent lady is terrible

Great Pay-at-Pump experience! I use Shell S Pay on the app to pay for and start the pump; right from my phone!

Rude managers. Jessica the cashier was welcoming. But manager is rude and inconsiderate.
