WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I can understand shift change like anyone else .. first having your staff properly address me the customer with a polite smile and details as to why I'm not able to be a customer wanting to spend my money at this establishment! Would have helped , I don't ever want to be spoken to by any service attendant " shift change wait" over the PA system then have him turn his back on my and ignore me while I stood waiting for service .. Of course. I got upset. I just wanted a bag of ice!! Then your staff came back to the window and said you can screw off I'm not serving you ..... HE WAS IN THE WRONG. !! Staff employee. "Lew" short for Luis or Lewis I called back toget his name .. June 1st @ 11pm complete unsatisfactory service. ... SHELL , if you take pride in your establishments then looking for suitable staff needs to be addressed , clearly the job is more than he is able to do!

I wouldn’t even give a star. Went there today around 4pm. I needed to fill my tank and buy some windshield wiper fluid because I was running low. There was two men (customers) inside and when I pulled on the door it was locked. No sign on the door about maximum amount of customers. But I waited a bit then tried the door again. Workers looked right at me. After waiting for a bit longer because the door was still locked I just gave up. So I walked back to my SUV and decided to wash my front window using the stuff beside the pump instead. As I was leaving. I saw another guy go up to the door and he was let into the store right away(mind you those two customers were still inside). I don’t know if it’s because I’m a women? But that’s just rude and unprofessional. Not gonna bother to try and spend my money there again.

The attendants will stop the pump if you are using your cell phone while pumping gas. This is a disproved threat and not one that other gas stations uphold in the city of Winnipeg. The Ontario Technical Standards and Safety Authority have recently lifted the ban, estimating that there is a one in ten billion chance of an accident happening. It's only a matter of time until other provinces follow suit.

Open late. passive aggressive employee was quite condescending regarding them misunderstanding 15$ for 50$ I loom a2ay from thr pump and have lost my food money. It's not their fault explicitly, but to then sass me as I explain the miscommunication and ask for a receipt.

Its 340 pm and would not let me in to buy a bottle a pepsi but made me go through little window, when a white lady was getting gas they opened the door for her, completely unacceptable from this store, disgusting employees that are racial profiling, please avoid

Friendly staff. The night shift guy (Hossain) is very honest and hard working., recognize customers at a glance and do not need tell him what smoke i want. Good experience every time i visit.

After the menthol ban if u are looking for Pall mall XL blue specials. this is the place to go trust me! It's been hard to find them for me. can't speak for everyone though?

Been going there almost daily for 7 years. For some reason, at 7:30, not allowed inside. Pathetic. Hard as it may be, will try my best to never go back.

Despite not having denim condoms in stock at 10:50 on a Thursday, the customer service was excellent and I felt no judgement for asking.

Friendly staff. Easy to get to even during rush hour. Has a laundry card refill station that takes $5 bills. Always clean.

This place is not open 24 hrs. And hasn't been for a few years. Prices are outrageous except for the gasoline.
