I would have never thought that I would rate any gas station low. This was a terrible experience, I got gas and also went inside to get something to drink and play lottery. The man behind the counter with the long dark hair wouldn't even greet me proper, he danced and sang to loud Latin American music. This was not a good service at all. Once I wanted to pay he told me he only would take cash with a really bad attitude, so I said ok let's do cashback, again he said in a rude way - we don't have that. I asked him why wouldn't you tell me that before? Then his attitude got even worse and he said "I didn't know you would buy that" huh ?? He had a really bad attitude almost sassy coupled with rudeness. I ended up leaving! This was bad service! You don't treat customers like that!!!

I have never had such an unpleasant experience in a gas station in my entire life. The overwhelming and extremely rude man who runs this store loudly yells at random moments for seemingly no reason and seems to be completely clueless with how absolutely terrible he treats the people around him. He is one of the most rude men I have ever met in my entire life, and I hope to never have to be inside of this gas station or deal with this man ever again.

This is a classic east Austin haunt. The crew are upbeat and the clientele run the gamut from new Austinites to neighborhood lifers. Diversity in every sense of the word. This is one of the only places in town that sells classic ginseng extract. Five and a half stars. Clean bathrooms. A long time cashier is one of the friendliest people in town. She has brightened up my day for years.

We bought a butane exchange tank and the Puerto Rican man charged us with 39.99 dls for only the exchange of one tank. He manotones that purchasing the tank right there it would be 79.99! That was so overpriced. I’ll call anyone to make sure that man is not stealing people’s money.

I left a previous review that wasn’t in the best of light. Since, this establishment promptly responded and rectified any concerns that were mentioned previously. I absolutely recommend this business. They are old east side Allies and feel like family.

Every time I have gotten fuel there, i ALWAYS end up having to walk back in to remind them to open up my pump which can be frustrating.

Clean shell gas station with usually lower gas prices than you'll find at many other places down town!

To me it's the store that I go to cause it almost close to my house,nice,friendly people to talk to.

I didn't go inside, but the overhang over the gas tanks was enough to keep me dry in a downpour!
