What in the world are they doing here!? Staff is rude and they act incredibly idiotic. Sometimes they just chat behind the counter and pretend you aren't there. Everytime I've payed for gas at the counter they mess it up. They've put my money on wrong pump and I've had to drive to another pump; They've put the wrong dollar amount on the right pump; They've taken my cash and not applied it to the pump at all making me have to come in and dispute the charge, acted like I'd never been there(thankfully I had my receipt!); They've charged my card, applied it to the pump and somehow cancelled it before I got to the pump; They've charged my card for my snacks and forgot to charge me for my gas making me have two seperate transactions... absolutely ridiculous. I've stopped paying at the counter and stopped coming here altogether. I'll take my business across the street.

politely informed the lady at the register that the pinpad was malfunctioning. her response “I’m aware” okay...... so... maybe bag off the pump? put out of service tape over the pin pad??? also... maybe just say “I’m sorry about that, we’re working to get it resolved” point being, she was unnecessarily rude and the convenience store is neglecting to mitigate the inconvenience. 04-13-2021 ~9:20am

GO TO A DIFF GAS STATION The First time I went here I had to try 3 different pumps before one would take my credit card. The second time I tried 2 different pumps and said screw it and left. The card reader on these machines are horrendous. I tried a Citi Credit and a Chase Credit… both scanner and insert wouldn’t recognize cards.

I just left there. As soon as I walked in the door the lady told me they were closed and couldn't serve me. Place was filthy and unorganized. Won't be back. I said I didn't see a closed sign posted. She said she didn't have to post a sign. Some guy was in there just hanging out. It's called EZ Mart now. Steer clear from this place

Bought a 3ft iPhone charging cable. The price on the shelf said $9.99. Go to the register and was charged $20... for a generic 3ft cable... lady at the register said she’s not responsible for the prices posted on their shelf... hope they don’t charge $20 for a snickers since the prices on the shelf are fictitious, apparently.

A older lady with Good attitude on her name tag would not buy any wine because I had my 15 year old son with me. She lied to me and said it was Texas law that he need to show id and told me to Google it. So I did and it said the complete opposite. She was very rude and threw my change in my hand.

Charged $30 for gas this morning, pump woulndt cut on and attendant DESMOND said he couldnt do anything about it. Now im out $30 for gas which i never got. And it was not credited back to my card. So i got off early am heading to a Lawyer. Sincw no one wants to help fix this problem.

Though frequently busy inside the store, the staff will generally get you in and out quickly; often they have three cashiers at one time. It's a well stocked store, though the high traffic results in the place not being as clean as it could be, especially the bathrooms.

Old white lady on September 9, 2021 at around 7:30pm, racially profiled me and my cousin as soon as we walked in , she followed us to the back when I was tryin to buy my uncle a drink , just watching us, didn’t let me buy the drinks for my uncle even tho I am 21

Reasonably priced gas with a large store. Has nice cashier lady, though there was a long line and her obvious bosses talking in their office 4 feet from her, but completely ignored the customers. If it wasn't for the awesome cashier I would probably not be back.

Less than one... the dirtiest. Poorly ran I have ever visited... Im afraid to drink the fountain drink because Pepsi taste like rootbeer and the Coke is running clear like water.. It actually looks like a hood spot! fully staffed but what are people doing

They either cannot or will not fix their pumps. Too often I don't get a receipt, and number one doesn't even have the button for you to press to get one (it appears bashed in and permanently depressed). It's been like that as long as I can remember.

Slowest pumps ever! I have to get the 93...it took 14 seconds to pump .1 gallons. In other words, if I filled my tank up all the way (16 gal), it would take approx 35 minutes!!....for a job that usually takes 3-5 minutes. Totally unacceptable.

Good selection of snacks/drinks. Store itself is dated. My only real complaint is that they don't have receipt paper at their pumps. You have to go inside in order to get one. Avoid if you just want gas/receipt.

The touchscreen on pump 10 is broken, and when I went inside cashier Mary took five minutes to ring up a bag of ice for the guy in front of me thank you for making me wait, and making me late.

Don’t expect to be in and out here… It took 8 mins on my lunch break to pump gas after I paid for it. Cashiers need to set the pump before people walk out expecting to pump their gas.

The clerk was on his cell phone(ear bud) handling personal business, while the customers stood there, waiting for him to check us out. SMH. Horrible customer service! 9-12-23 12:55pm

The store ATM charched my wife 16 time for 23.50 overdrafts are account almost 375 buck yall better fix this I'm not paying this if anyone used the ATM better check your bank …

When every other gas station was out of gas, this station was humming on all cylinders. I filled up my car and was back on the road in minutes.

The pump is not right, I try with a 5 gallons bottle y fill up and the pump said was 6 1/2 gallons ,be careful

Pumps always says Pump Stopped. This is like every other day. Quiet annoying. None of the Pumps work.
