Went today to get gas, and my debit card was locked/stuck in the machine and I couldn’t get it out! When I went to the attendant to alert them, she came out, tried to get it out, went back in, grabbed pliers, and tried to grab it again. She said the same thing happened yesterday to someone else!! Why still allow people to use the pump knowing cards are getting stuck!?! She said she was the only one working today and so she had to go back inside, leaving me to figure out the card situation by myself. I was finally able to get my card out, got in my car and left. I’ll risk running out of gas than stop at this shell gas station ever again!!!! And, this gas station is always ridiculously over priced!! I’m so disappointed and I’ll never return!

11/16/2016 at approx 6 pm, I had a problem in the store, the young man at the counter was rude and ugly. Told me "Bye ! I said excuse me..his response was " You can leave now, Bye!.. There was no type of customer service what so ever. He was rude and ugly in front of all the customers. I live in the neighborhood and it will be the last time i visit this gas station.

This gas station is fraudulent with prices. Not only are prices of all their goods high, they do not honor the advertised prices listed. Prices for items listed in their aisles say one thing, but when rung up they are higher! They refuse to honor the listed price each time I bring it to their attention. I wish the manager took a greater responsibility for this.

Local gas station that I have came to for pretty much all my life. The manager isn't there for half the time so if there's ever an issue with a transaction you just lose your money because regular employees can't fix any issues. Found a dude sleeping in the back room near 3 am one day, horrible staff usually. The manager is lovely however the store is a wreck.

Inflated prices, especially if you don't use their rewards card, then you only get slightly inflated prices compared to everyone else. I'd have more respect for them if they just wrote "Go @#$% yourself" on their door. At least it would prepare you.

Crowded, non competitive pricing, not always clean. I go there in emergencies only and then get only enough gas to get to a competitive shell station. It is a C-Store but still too big a hassle to use

Little neighborhood store in front of the post office. Would never know that a store was hidden in a small community. Friendly staff and clean store. Definitely check out the fuel rewards.

It's tough to get to a pump when it's busy, parking lot is horribly designed. Gas is usually a little more expensive here than just up the road a few miles too, but it can be convenient.

Ya, come on out to this crack house lookin gas station if y'all wanna get slapped with some disrespectful @$$ gas prices. Ainobody tryin to pay 30¢/gal more than everywhere else.

It's nearby my home but I rarely come here, years ago I came to get a little gas (because here it is always more expensive) and incidentally buy a lottery ticket.

It's just a gas station. Nothing special to say about it. I never went inside store. Guess, my only complaint would be is the gas is a touch higher then I'd like

My neighborhood store. I love these guys. Yes the parking lot sucks but hey it’s mu store :) and the post office is right next door. Joke convenient is that!!

System inside is always running slow when paying and the selection of drinks and food are garbage. Owner needs to renovate but probably just wants to profit.

We had a fast in and go but we stopped by the shop to get some snacks for 3 dollars and we went to get some gas, but it was really expensive it was 2.15

Go somewhere else. Rude manager, dirty, and old pumps with bad gas. I stopped going when I had to replace my fuel filter a second time.

Way too small to support the amount of customers they get, do to being one of the few gas stations in the immediate area.

Always full, pumps out of order, cashier not friendly when having to pay inside due to credit card machine not working.

Only 2 pumps in a strange setup, so some sitting at the pumps blocks you from getting to parking area for the store.

I like it because we don't have many gas stations in the Stoneoak area and so we are lucky to have this tucked away.

Very Friendly staff, clean location wish they had more pumps but is a smaller location so is understandable.

The 4 pump layout requires improvement, but for most it's the only gas station for miles.
