Convenient and Clean Quality of Service: The process of getting gas was efficient and seamless. I could easily use the mobile app for payment as well as for the car wash feature, which I found particularly impressive. (+1 star) Safety Measures: Shell is proactive about safety. There are clear safety signs on the gas pumps, no housekeeping issues, proper PPE signage inside the car wash, and no apparent tripping hazards. (+1 star)

They are advertising a promo for a free monster drink if you buy a ultimate carwash. However the person at the till first demanded I take a picture of the promotion and bring it back to the till. So I ran out and back to bring the proof. Then he spoke to someone on the phone and said it's only if you buy gas and wash in the store, pay at pump doesn't count. If that isn't the lamest excuse to skip honering a promotion I don't know what is.

Convenience-wise, I am thankful that we have a Shell station here in Carrington. There were just a few hiccups when it opened. One, airmiles points did not go through in my account, two, they started selling carwash codes only to find out that the car wash service is closed even with a good weather. Three, two times I went there and there was no one at the counter. Staff seems to have no enthusiasm to even work there.

Don’t buy gas here, I have a 50 litre tank and set the pump to fill , I hit the $ 100 , it took the 100 and showed only 3/4 of tank full and the receipt showed I got 58 litres of gas , they took no responsibility and were rude , shell head office hasn’t returned our call, guess what your not the only gas company around, I make everyone aware of your scam and will never go to any Shell again

The girl on store name kulraj is really rude with me , she has no manner to talk and have a bad attitude to talk with customer, it makes my day worse , I think she don't care about work , there is other nice people are workless who can work better and more affiecently , the way she behave like an owner than I advice to people don't go there

This is worst gas station in town worst shell in community as well! I’ve been Shell customer for years. They’ve double charged me on gas and will not refund your money! It’s clearly a collaboration issue never ever go back to this station again! The owner and manger are helpless.

This may be new but this place is the worst run shell I've ever been to. Don't waste your time here, go to Co-op or Petro Canada close by or elsewhere. AAA/CAA members also won't get your instant discount on gas because this is a non-participating location with sleezy owners.

The ignorant staff that "work" here need to be replaced. If you're going to open a new business hire people who should be working and want to be working. I am absolutely disgusted at the treatment I've seen people receive at this gas station and management needs to be aware.

Don't bother coming here in the middle of the night. The carwash was broken. The bathroom was broken. The doors locked. They are 24 hours but don't want to work or allow you to use anything during the night. It's brand new! How can everything be broken during the night only?

They were advertising free car washes for their grand opening but when I arrived at 4:25 the older man said that deal was only valid until 5pm… It was obvious he just didn’t want to give out anymore car washes that day and used a terrible excuse.

This is the worst gas station ever, don’t ever go here. The service was very bad. the girl who work there was so impolite, she doesn’t know how to do the service, I will never ever go there again.

It’s the most clean station and washroom I ever witnessed. I have been coming here for last two months and I found same cleanliness each time. Staff is polite and very helpful.

I went to buy a hotdog from inside, nice lady named kulraj offered a good deal with a coke. Was nice enough to give me ketchup right after I forgot it in store. Good Service!!

A new gas station strategically located at Carrington and easily accessible. They have a nice car wash and their service is good

New facility in Carrington, I like the car wash and usually purchase the 5 pack ultimate car wash plan.
