I bought an Ultimate Car Wash service from the Shell convenience store. I went inside the car wash and followed all instructions. The car wash literally stopped working after spraying all the soap water, and I didn't know if it was going to resume. I was stranded inside for a good 25 minutes without knowing what to do and how to get out of there. I called up the convenience store but they would answer the phone and not speak a word. I kept honking so that I would be rescued out of there, however I was not answered for a long time - I called at least 10 times and each time they would pick up the phone but not speak at all. Finally after a while, just when I thought I should call 911, the door was opened and I was able to get out of it without my car fully washed - it became dirtier with all the soap not washed with water. I went and spoke with the staff (an older looking man) at the store and I was treated in an incredibly rude manner. He told me he is busy with other customers and he can't deal with it. He didn't even bother to apologize for my bitter experience at the car wash and I was rudely shooed away. I asked for a refund since I didn't get my car washed but I was given another car wash code to come back next week once after the car wash service is fixed. But I don't want to ever ever go back here after all that happened. While getting stuck inside the car wash was distressing, the rudeness of the staff was simply appalling. Edit: Shell Canada customer support and the station owner called me to enquire about the incident. The owner apologized and assured that he will talk to the concerned employee and provide him training on how to treat customers.

can't beat the Air Miles program by shell. Best travel point gas program IMO. Location is great and decent deal. There is one minor inconvenience not fault of The particular gas station. The problem is now invading many places similar around Ontario. The fact that we I am unable to actually go inside the store at night is frustrating. First off the communication and passing of items through the ridiculous glass box door thing is awful. Secondly, This is Canada we are suppose to be a safe maybe the safest in the world. Stop making us feel like we are in countries not as nice as ours aka The . U.S and England.

Very impressive experience just now. the rude attendant ever (male, in his 50-60s). I purchased wash card early at this location, today (14th) went for car wash, after swiped the card system said “wrong code entered”. I went to the attendant for help, attendant swiped the card and said the card expired. Then I provided the receipt and he still insisted that the card is expired. Is there anything missed between our communication? Can’t believe it. WoW guys guess what I’ve found! After checking others reviews, i think all we are feeling are two things: worst car wash service and rude attendant.

I went inside the store to prepay regular gas but attendent(Kiran) authorise for silver by mistake. Thats ok but when I went back with this clicked picture to show that she authorise me for silver, instead of realising her mistake she started arguing and blaming me to press the wrong grade. I was trying to show the picture but she was battling to prove herself right and customer wrong. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ABOUT SHELL SYSTEM AND MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE and dont let the image of shell goes down because of unprofessional staff. Moreover she started making weird faces.

LIE..LIE..and LIE!!!! Car wash at this location was close very often during winter while other locations were open. I called before coming to check because I don't want to waste my time and gas. His response was unbelievable, impolite, tend to be rude. He said the car wash was closed. To prove his honesty, I still came right after calling and what I found....a big lie, the car wash was open. I guess he felt irritated since a lot of customers make a call to check the car wash status.

Few weeks ago I bought a propane tank there. Used it once and temperature dropped. Next time we used it there was this very strong smell of propane. We closed the valve, but the smell remained. It was leaking... took back to the gas station. To my surprise they told me it was my problem. Their warranty is only 48h. I'll never go to that place again I recommend you do the same.

Used car wash services. The owner needs to maintain and do regular spot check on the operations. some of the sprayers are not aligned and not spraying properly.. eg. Sprayers are set for wide blast but a few nozzles sprayed narrow blast resulting in less wash coverage. Soap is diluted and not allowed to soak in before power wash starts.

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH HERE I made the mistake of using the car wash here, and ended up with scratches all over my car. The manager is a very sneaky person. I've had two employees call the manager, each they've told me he was going to call me back, but he never does. He's trying to avoid dealing with the insurance company.

Typical gas stop. Pretty clean convenience store. I like the quality of gasoline (never had any issue), but their premium fuel is consistently 5-10% more expensive that Esso or Petro-Canada station down 3d Line or Dundas. So, despite airmiles, my money goes to the competition.

Very dishonest cashier at this gas station. Charged me double for my lottery tickets. When I went back he didn’t argue with me at all, gave me cash back without even looking at my receipt. Scammer!! If you rip off 10 customers a day for $10……$100 per day free

This location is a complete joke. The car wash is never working and when I use the app for the car wash it won’t work either. Their solve is to come inside and buy a car wash. It’s so frustrating that I’ll drive 15 minutes to another Shell station

Literally the WORST gas station. Use to be better with previous owner and alll previous employees. They are VERY lucky there is a Tim Hortons located on the property. Only reason people frequent. I stopped buying gas and goods here a while ago.

This one dumb guy that works there takes a few minutes to authorize the pump every time and when you walk in to pay he looks you in the eyes then finishes his paperwork then processes your transaction. Real dummy behind the counter!

Except for gas, nothing is worthwhile there. No windshield wiper, no windshield water and even no paper towel. I am amazed if it’s a corporate site or privately owned gas station but whatever it is, indeed pathetic management.

Dirty and disgusting inside.. Washrooms where so bad I couldn't even order a coffee. To say this is a Tim Hortons I could not believe it and Shell and Tim Hortons need to clean up the place.

This is my day-to-day gas station. Pros: gas quality and 24/7 working hours. Cons: stuff is not very friendly or care about the place, usual problems with carwash and carwash quality.

The worst car wash I have ever been too. Never enough amount of soap dispensed and you can always find the dirt left on the car. The dryer runs for a short duration as well.

Rude customer service As others have said. do not use the car wash here. Car wash damaged my car by scratching off the paint and the manager is refusing responsibility.

I bought a car wash at the pump. Car wash is closed. I asked for a refund. Cashier told me it’s policy of no refunds. That’s a poor policy.

Ok. Drive east for 3 more mins to get gas from other vendors. This place is a joke. Broken machine. Gas won’t come out from the nozzle.
